Mines stripped liam.. Waiting to find a decent scrappy.. Should be looking at shell soon. Once get new shell got strip that, then paint and underseal it. Then build it back up.

James let me know if the o ring fixes it?

I run trd hg becuase of the stories of athena headgaskets.. James another thing to check.. The o ring on the distributor that sits inside head, is prone to failure and i had a similar mess to what youve got and i thought was headgasket till i read somewhere in tgtt.

Not deep pockets.. just thinking in future.. Glanza was good fun, and so many parts are not damaged. I just literally have to re shell and be on my way again. And as a track car that does shows and track days is fairly cheap. I will join you and marc at brands next year for sure.

Will.. If times right i wouldnt say no to your shell. Rather by a trusted members shell with build tbread etc.. Then a high wycombe ebay speacial.lol

Yh im healing ok guys.. Just the small fracture in neck that bothers me most, But had cortisone injection so should sleep better.. Regarding my decision.. To get an evo now id be buying a low spec non cared for evo.. May as well do cheap option of build a starlet up and enjoy that. So can still have a life away from cars, and afford upkeep of my house.. Anyone wants to donate a rolling glanza shell?

After discussions with close pals, family and forum members.. decision is... To find a rolling glanza shell and build it back up.. As engine,ecu,gearbox,lsd,exhaust, front and rear anti roll bars are undamaged. Cheapest option is a re shell.. Then in couple years maybe a kit car or evo.. But for now ill continue to strip mine and find a nice rolling shell as a base to build back up.

Already designed a new btcc inspired cage for it.. As ive just got t45 2 inch circumference piping cheap.. Be a waste not to use it..lol.. Tbh ive givv En myself 4 weeks to strip this shell once im fully fit.. Store good bits in my garage.. then build new shell up over winter and upto summer next year

Good progress.. See u copied me and went with bonnet pins for bumper.. Dont know why more people dont follow.. Regardless of track or jus road so easy to pop on and off.
