yea sure thing russ matey.. well my intercooler and rad are taking bit longer to make, which is annoying.. but my tuner been on their backs today, so it will be done for bank holiday wkend. -

popped into atspeed today to see the progress.. still waiting on delivery of intercooler and radiator.. but inlet, fuel rail and fuel regulator and braided fittings are all on.. so here you go.. all comments welcome. should be back on road august bank holiday ready for the revenge cruise somewhere in Essex.LOL -
its hard when I keep giving you advice, and not allowing you to give in.. Stubborn in this instance is best thing to have.lol..

not good. buy quality first time it be cheaper in long run as you wont need to repair it.. Zisco, Wepr to name a few good manifold traders dude.. saying is "Buy right you buy once, you buy cheap you buy twice"

told you, I wouldn't allow you to give in easily.. even though my phones been going mad, im willing to help you buddy. clearances I think are Intake 0.15-0.25 (mm) Exhaust 0.31-0.41 (mm) -
19mm buddy is oil return from turbo to sump. most vac hoses are 5mm.

russ, you took another head and didn't check shim clearances?? I know jake had some head work done. you must check russ, wont take long to do either, then order them from Toyota.. -

yup adam, full race spec inlet, 70mm throttle body. heres pictures of it Adam. -
im going to hook an adaptor up to stock pressure sensor position and run my pressure gauge off that adaptor, is with oil cooler cant run a sandwich plate as its a mocal thermostatic one with a sensor connected to my omex. http://www.speedflowshop.co.uk/18-bspt-oil-pressure-gauge-adaptor-5000-tp8-1705-p.asp

have you got a LSD?? lower arm bar will be an improvement, but things like lsd, and a roll cage make a bigger more noticeable difference. -

front swaybar makes a nice difference, not as much as a rear one though. cheers matt as good catching up with you too, August bank holiday is when I get her back I hope -

UPDATE time.. car is off at ATSPEED RACING, having a custom intercooler and pipework, along with a race spec radiator, and oil cooler all fitted. also having my zisco inlet fitted as well. Plan is to have short pipework, so the intercooler will have a 90 degree elbow that bolts onto turbo, then the other side it will fit between radiator and headlight, so all pipework is solid piping, and is no where near the floor, so no more boost hoses popping off. also allows me to go more extreme with my front splitter later in year. the intercooler is slimmer in thickness, but is 4 inches taller a -
