I've not had this long, bought it off a family friend as a pile of bits and spent a good couple of weeks rebuilding it back up. The reason for sale is that I need to free up some cash and it's currently just sat in the garage doing nothing! I have rebuilt the top end using a very expensive Doppler 70cc big bore kit, this was the reason for the bikes dismantling in the first place as the stock top end lost compression and was worn out. The bike is 99% complete, there is just one panel missing (the one that goes by your feet and covers the battery and hides the engine) which can be found on eBay or the scooter forums very easily. It also needs a new top end gasket kit as I'm pretty sure I've nipped it when torquing down the head as it drips coolant. It's all there, it just needs a couple of hours double checking everything and connecting up the pipework (coolant pipes, oil line, throttle cable and seat cable all need connecting up) Mileage is a little bit of an unknown, I haven't connected the battery up to find out so only going on what the last MOT was and that says 11,924 miles so at worst I'd imagine it to be 13 or 14k. But it's kind of irrelevant as it's got a brand spanking new top end fitted to it. I have known the previous 3 owners of the bike as it has stayed very local, and for what it was when it was standard it was very well set up and was one of the quickest mopeds in the area. So with the 70 kit now installed it should be a nippy little machine! Bodywork wise, it is tidy. I don't think it's ever been thrown down the road but may have been dropped once or twice as there is a few little chips in the paint on the front fairing in particular (the orange bits to the side of the headlights). It's certainly in good condition for the year and as far as I know, none of the last 3 owners at least have crashed it any point. It's a good straight and honest bike. The bike comes with a big box of spares including a clean stock barrel and brand new stock 50 piston. This box also has a brand new plug, brand new fuel filter, brand new HT cap and reed valves. Also included is plenty of coolant to fill the bike with, a brand new bottle of Motul scooter oil which has only been opened to stick my finger in to line the barrel with when installing. Also included is a brand new Bosch battery which has only been out the box to put on charge. I have the receipt for this as well which I will include. It also has two brand new number plates, not sure how but I ordered one off the net and two came! Literally everything is there to finish it off except the one panel. It basically needs almost no money spent to get it MOT ready, only time and effort. My SR I used to get pulled literally once or twice a week! The V I dont think I ever got pulled in although one tried turn round on a lane and chase me but I was already going flat chat so just carried on as I was and did one... The Glanza S I think I got pulled a couple of times, the main one for being a twat and sliding around in all that snow we had in December 2010! Only ever been done for speeding once and that was in my Cinquecento for 55 in a 30, pretty lucky with that as I was going a lot quicker!! ( was 17, thought I was cool and was about 2am lol )

I remember suggesting the idea of putting a B16 into a Starlet when I was a n00b back in like 2009 on here... Got flamed to fuck!! Looks good, be interesting to get some vids up and see what it's actually like. I always thought it would be an awesome swap to do that would compliment the chassis well, but probably with a lot of complications along the way! Get some more pics up and welcome to UKSO
