  1. So where's the May POTM then? I've got a new pic I took yesterday to enter in N/A FTW!
  2. Sounds mint mannn, but can anyone tell me if this is actually real as I can't quite beleive it! Audi Quattro going UP a 37.5 degree Ski Jump?! Surely not?
  3. It just baffles me, I can't understand how they've come up with such a cheapo price! It's certainly got me tempted lol
  4. Not quite sure whether to beleive this or not, just rang up Admiral to see how much it would be to swap over to a Glanza from my SR and after going through all the bullshit the lady said it would be an extra £85 between now and November to swap it over?! Is she pissed?? I'm just shy of 19 years old with 0yrs NCB, 3 points and a claim for £3k! This can't be right surely?? I went through everything with her, that it was a Glanza V (she said is that the Turbo one, I said yes), its imported and all that...hid absolutely nothing from her whatsoever and she says £85 extra!
  5. That's what I was mainly trying to get at, I can't justify the extra premium you pay for an EK9 over an EK4. The difference in price is never going to make up for all the extra shiz you get on an EK9 in my eyes
  6. Yeah yours will be a B16a of some sort, I think its the a2 in the SiR's could be wrong. The B16b in the EK9 makes like 195-200bhp or roundabouts, but in my opinion EK9s are seriously overrated! Why spend £6k on an EK9 with 200bhp when you could buy a nicely set up EK4 for half the money and probably close to that power with a few engine mods?! It's madness!! But yeah looks mint man, I'm with you on the whole sleeper look...keep the steelies and get a 1.3 DX badge on the back muhahaha!
  7. Sorry to be an absoluteeee geek here but wouldnt that be an EK4 with that engine? The EK9 has the B16B engine which is a lot more lively
  8. Yeah but is that -40mm over standard ride height. Don't forget the SR is lowered slightly as standard anyway. No point in you having them mate, if you read up a bit the front left one has got a broken coil...hence why I'm changing them! Similar to Amjad's comment, wasn't yours a Sportif as standard so would be higher than an SR anyway? I want it proper speedhump eating low ;) I'll have a look now anyway
  9. Cheers, yeah I seen them they look smart dude!! Oh fair does, any other springs which are a better option? I cant afford nor justify coilies so its got to be springs for now.
  10. So me and Kyran gotta enter next months instead? Ok, didn't know it finished up yesterday I thought it was right up until the end of the month.
  11. Here's mine, have got a higher resolution version if needs be!
  12. On standard SR springs however its going lower soon with some Tein beauties :harhar:
  13. Right then...long time since I've updated this! Done a fair few things and some more due in the pipeline soon too! Been really tempted to do an FTE conversion as Ive just sold my bike so have £1800 to let loose with! But luckily I've been sensible and its going towards a GSXR 600 K4...just gotta find £1200 or so So... since last posting a lot has changed! I've re-done the wheelnuts this time illuminous green lol, and decided to take a few of the stickers off to make it more subtle. Also had my new exhaust fitted too which is looking lovely and sounds really good everyone c
  14. Buy my Husky Supermoto!!! Nah get your CBT done and get a 125cc 4-stroke something...can't go wrong with that, hasn't got the power to pull the skin off a rice pudding so you won't hurt yourself (unless your REALLY talented) My advice is go for a crosser style bike because if (more like when) you put it up the road you will probably do £s worth of damage compared to £££s on a fully faired bike! Usually you can just kick them straight, get back on and ride it like nothing ever happened
  15. Its jonny-gt's one, from when his speedlines were originally white...
  16. Hopefully not a repost, and had a quick search...anyone got a decent pic of a white SR on white Speedlines, preferably standard TTE spring ride-height??
  17. My SR has bone stock suspension on 195/45s and scrapes on the back over big bumps at speed with two in the car. One heavy person in the back and the 195s constantly scrape very lightly! I would say 205s are gonna be too wide, my old EK Civic had 205s and they rubbed on full lock and also on the rears fours up and that was with rolled arches!

    Lakeside Crash

Is Lakeside Essexs version of Hams Hall?
  19. Im sorry that this isn't on topic but that ASKMID site says my old 206 that I rolled back in 2008 is still insured?! Any ideas folks? Its got me a bit concerned that its been cloned or something, there was no way on earth that car was going back on the road ever again...the roof was touching the top of the steering wheel!!
  20. Well I havent bought one, I just really want one again
  21. I'm afraid I'm feeling like going back to the dark side dude! The big red H is calling me back! And cheers for the guestimates guys, I'll probably stick it up for £1250 see what happens
  22. Just wanna test the water and see what people think my cars worth? Early 98 R registration SR in White, pretty tidy bar a few little marks on the front bumper and around the fuel cap. Just over 82k Toyota Service History up until about 60k Service History up until when I bought it on around 74k Just had fluids change, new pads etc... just the general service items MOT til Sept Tax til April (I THINK) So what's it worth then folks? About £2500? LOL more or less than a grand? Give us your verdict, because I'm really not sure?? Here's a few pics
  23. Not really worthy of an update but....I HAVE NOW TOUCHED UP THE BATTLE SCAR! And here's a dirty pic of it the day before I covered the scratches lol
  24. Find youself some cover to drive your car third party only with entitlement to drive other vehicles (CIA, NFU Mutual, Quinn and a few others - it is a rare one to find though!) and you'd be allowed to drive it. Quite a few people I know have there tiny engined car at home insured TPO then they'll drive "Mummys" or "Daddys" performance car most of the time LOL But being as it is actually your brothers car and not yours registered in someone else name then its perfectly legal.
