  1. yea spoken to a few people who have done it in the past and they have been fine its only to freshen it up so its not going to be a prolonged blasting like you would use to strip etc
  2. yea i should have a bit of free time now works a bit quieter to.
  3. right what with work and stuff and getting everythong ready for JAE ive not had much time to touch this although myself and ro55ifumi did have short session trying to match plugs up and we seemed to make some good progress. I also found time to strip the turbo kit down Sods law one of the bolts sheered off the turbo that was on the kit was screwed but the seller had thrown in a low mileage one so it was just a case of swapping the housings over. once ive swapped the housings over its off for a little bit of sprucing and the mani shot blasting so should look mint again then it will be time to source the final few bits and we should be good. Rob

  7. I just thought id take a minute to announce the winners of the UKSC awards for those who didn't make it to JAE. Every year the members vote for the winner in a range of categories and the winners are...... Best Glanza..........Socks. Best GT............. AlanE Best N/A.............LukeH Best Conversion..........Taggy In addition to these we also held the annual show and shine where Hou our resident detailing trader had a wander round the stand with myself and we scrutinised each vehicle looking for the cleanest cars and the winners were..... Winner..........ro55ifumi and Runner Up..........Socks The final award is one which Nanglebadger started a few years ago the admin on site decide which member at the show deserved some recognition. This years Winner was..........RobH for his starlet commitment and the recognition of him doing something that little bit different with his project. Congratulations again to all the winners. Hope to see you all again next year. Rob

  11. Thanks to all the members who travelled from near and far that turned up and made it such an awesome weekend. A special thanks to those who helped transport all the equipment down there and set it all up on the Thursday night so it was ready for every ones arrival on Friday making the first day much more relaxed and enjoyable day. Every year our club stand has grown larger and larger and this year was no exception with around 40 car present at points over the weekend. Hopefully next year we can push the 50 car barrier and make it one of the biggest stands at the show. Thanks again and I hope to see you all and more next year. Rob
