A reminder is usually issued and emailed out by the software (with most emails it ends up in spam or junk folders) when it sets up the renewal invoice it's only when that expires that the issue arises as it has to be manually re-set. It's an ongoing problem that I can assure you is as frustrating for you as it is us. I'll message socks and ask him to reset it ASAP. Cheers Rob

Yea best to speak to japfest tickets and stand passes are completely out of our control now.

Im presuming that the tickets they send to each induvidual will be coded for each stand, hence the password needed to order as we had a break down a few weeks ago of who had ordered what.

Partly and partly I just don't have the spare cash anymore.

The more the merrier, Bump for more going to be a hall of a show again.

Going to order mine on payday. Don't worry about room on the stand that's the good thing about the new system it's out of our hands but that means the only way we get a good stand is by not leaving it till the last day to buy tickets.

This year advance tickets are £45 and £60 on the gate. However keep your eyes peeled for cheap tickets thread shortly.

After the success of the new venue (Newark showground) and last years club stand we thought we'd better get this out there early. With grandfather rights we have secured the same stand for next year giving us a prime spot in the center of the show. check out last years pics HERE. For those who don't know about JAE the Japanese Auto Extravaganza its the last big show of the year for UKSO being 4 days long it allows you to socialise with fellow starleteers and UKSO members once you have parked up and set up camp you can sit back and relax and enjoy the show enjoy a beer or 2 we even put food on for the club stand for 2 of the 3 nights. I've already heard that the prices will be going up for next years show although we may have a special offer for a select number of members so keep an eye on here for more info.
