I'd have thought most roof rack companies would do one that fits. Although you will prob need an additional 3dr kit. I have an automaxi set which works spot on. Iirc Thule do a starlet one to.

Yes, perks over normal grommets or blankets the rear is threaded with a large nut. So no one will be popping it out and it's plastic so it's paintable. It even comes with a runner seal.
