Mate im saying we should pay for this. its money well spent the money would be paid to benfit ourselves i totally think this is worth it. KINGCARR is right it would stop fucked up starlets being sold by idiots who jus sign up and sell. What you are sayin is good information address and telephone number is defo a must i should have thought of this lol. Do you not see the positive gains from this ? A little expense can save somone £1000's, and also aggro, worry etc. its just an idea any way we are a not just a club we r all a team of people who share the same passion it benefits everyone?

Following a recent transaction on this site im a little ticked off, if u buy somethin through the forum you do so at your own risk. I think there needs to be some sort of insurance of gettin your money back if it goes tits up. I left wondering what could be done to stop this form happening in the future when i buy from the forum i checks post counts and the reputation on tgtt. When you buy on ebay you check people feedback. Now I no there are feedback topics but these can be hard to find. i think it would be extreemely helpful for a number to be next to there display name showing how many sales they have done? 1. I think the forum could benefit from adding a ebay styled number next to your name for selling goods, this number can go up for the amount of sales you do and there could be a comment bits or something for how smooth the sale is (think this would be fairly cost free to stup) 2. The other thing i think is that sellers should be VERIFIED ie u apply for a selling account that has to be verified for you to sell. for eg a letter should be sent out to the applicant home address with a confirmation code on it for them to be able to sell. There address and all details should be kept by admin and this can be passed on to police all a couple of heavs to go about gettin your money back and a bit of justice. a utility bill all something or photo copy of driving liscence could even be used. THE DRIVING LISCENCE THING may be a bit over the top. but this remains as a suggestion i think that members who want to sell should pay a subscription for the time and effort involved for admin to follow up these checks and store information. This could benefit everyone and with starlets becoming more and more popular these day i think this could be a good move for the club and all club members. this would help to eliminate problems i think my ideas could be adapted to make this site safer for buying and selling. Traders o n here do a great job and so do most sales people just there are a few who mess this up for everyone. its just a suggestion and i myself would be more than happy to pay a subscription. If u guys think this is bollox fair enough just some people send 100's some send 1000's at a time this could benefit everyone.

yeh through paypal but paypal has let me down before with a dispute but if the goods never arrive then surely they cant refuse to pay me?

got them form toyota dude, just fitted the quick shift today, i really would recommend one for any starlet user i reckon this may have knocked a second off my 0-60. Thanks to ep-styling for sortin me out with the trd quickshift. I also painted my calipers today halfords blue caliper paint will be uploading some photos tomorrow.

got few new parts on the car and am currently waiting for some to turn up. I have whiteline farb and am looking to get the rear one soon. Also now have a standard optional extra rear strut brace thanks to AARON45. Currently waitin for my quick shift to turn up and my greddy boost controller, im hoping to buy a tongs turbo next month.

if u aks joe ep91 and myself in both cases we fitted a manifold and it completely eliminated boost creep (until i fitted fornt mount filter). after every mod was fitted i had more and more creep i had wg ported and this helped until i had decat fitted and boost creep was back, i had my manifold fitted and it ran perfectly at 0.6 i think or 0.8 either way there was not a drop of creep. Im stating what i found in my case. I asked for help on here and started many stupid threads asking for help and the advice i recieved was not accurate i paid £110 for my wg to be ported and was waste of time and effort. In my case a manifold "witohout fm airfilter" cured boost creep and im almost positive it will for other glanzas/gts. no offence u techys and starlet know it alls can say what u want im stating what i no from 1st hand

yeah mate i dont think a ported mani will help think its better to buy a decent mani. monster motorsport said the once i get a hybrid it will be fine im hopefulli gonna get 1 in next 3 weeks after that i will post a thread on my research lol

your welcome mate i think im gonna try and write up a detailed and more descriptive thread about this for people just sharing my experiences with a bot o the old boost creep i will share my info on a hybrid when i get it hopefully next month.

ill just be turning up at blue water as well mate this is gonna be a big turno out should be good

oh and with regard to a mbc i have also found this helped not much but it did help i used a dawes device to regulate boost which is better than bleed valve etc

mate i have had many threads on here about my trouble with various problems with boost creep the thing that cured mine was manifold my wg is also ported and was complete waste of time either revert to a standard air filter or get a hybrid turbo as the standard turbo is crap or get all supporting mods to run more boost. a manifold and a front mount will help out a lot. i can guaranttee a manifold will show a vast improvement not positive on intercooler caus i use the ARC tmic. So my advice to you is either : hybrid turbo or get manifold see how you go with that or get supporting mods to run more boost or use standard air box but with cat back decat etc more than likely will creep to fuel cut i recently contacted monster motorsport with regards to my boost creep they told me my problem is that im still using the standard turbo once i get round to buying a hybrid i will post my know how on the situation. despite what ever you techys say i have learnt this 1st hand to my own knowledge and have tried and tested various things along the way as my car started completely standard im running a jam ecu at 0.8 and creep to a bar. my fueling is fine though. i had wg ported as my second or 3rd mod and it helped but it was a complete waste of time because as soon as i added decat more creep soon as i added cat back more creep until i added manifold and my boost dropped to standard with no creep after this i added front mounted filter and creep was back.

meisters ftw agreed i have bcs and believe mine to be faulty they are difnately to stiff handle great though but these coilys throw all practicalness out the window i mean if my nan was in urgent need to get to hospital she would prob die on the way there with bcs. good for track good if your going to drive like a nutcase everywhere not good for practical ness also have made my car have various squeeks but then again i believe mine to be faulty when i have another 500 to waste im gonna get some meisters

i got a front one on mine not realli noticed that much difference but its an aftermarket bit aint it! i keep twatin myn on steep speed bumps at work
