So the gauges dont plug into each other and then a controller? Pretty sure it would be fine to wire them all into the same place mate. And I dont think the orange wire would affect that, just try it and see

Do you have to wire them all seperately or are they daisy chained? If you leave the orange wire off it will just constantly be bright and wont dim when the headlights are turned on so thats not a problem.

Yea sounds like it could be blowing the spark out at higher boost, gap seems too big to me. Ricky does street mapping but he does rent a rolling road out sometimes I believe and I know he is currently in the process of setting up his own rolling road. Pics of the bumper ;)
