180atw is achievable on a stock engine, seen a thread on TGTT the otherday some people overseas have run 320atw on stock internals as a daily driver and constantly running 11sec quarter miles It all depends on the set up and how well you maintain it at the end of the day

I was running about 1 bar first and second and still getting decent launches after alot of practice Took me ages to get it right though TRD clutch and Diff took a bit of getting used to! Just experiment using different revs to launch etc it will take a while to get used to

All depends, you can get one built by the likes of TM Developments for £1850 plus your old engine in return IIRC. Thats a engine rebuilt from the ground up including the head, with all new valve stem seals, water and oil pump all new gaskets etc. But you could build a forged bottom end for about £1000 maybe less depending on where you get the parts and what parts you use.
