Dont think you would see much gain if any by just putting the cams in tbh. Would need some sort of ECU to raise the rev limit and alter the timing/fuelling to get the best out of them.

Pro speed in cardiff made mine up on my n/a, cost £250 but that was a straight through with just a back box. Depending if you want a mid box put in etc it gets more expensive. I wouldnt take it anywhere else in Wales though bud they are spot on and Charlie the owner is a legend

The manifold will fit but I am pretty sure the Sport Cat or decat whatever it is wont fit the stock exhaust. Get a custom cat back system made up The manifold will hang down a bit lower due to the longer blocks on the 5efe motor EDIT, that cat back system you posted is for a turbo so wont fit. As above get a custom system made up when you fit the manifold

The extra metal pipe your on about is probably if they are running an external wastegate instead of an internal wastegate which is controlled by the actuator. Its all a steep learning curve if your new to turbo cars, totally different kettle of fish Best of luck
