  1. Yeah it needs it mate, the original ones aren't very good lol. Am going to order a set of these HEL braided lines but i am stuck between the neon blue and the carbon black, or i could get the green to go with the teins. Decisions decisions ha ha. HEL Braided lines Edit: i have just ordered the carbo-black ones and 2 ltrs of ATE super blue racing brake fluid, so hopefully come next weekend the lot will be on the car
  2. Well i have just ordered some new brakes for the car. I had 3G 20 groove discs on the starlet and was very impressed with them, so i phoned 3G up and after having a long chat decided to go with there recomendation of 3G 10 groove discs with ferrodo pads. Came in at £252 which i was very happy with considering the price of discs alone from some places!.
  3. Well i have been out playing for the first time properly tonight, absolutely love it ha ha. My cat 1 alarm and speedo converter arrived today so hopefully i will be able to get them fitted once i am back in the factory tomorrow.
  4. I think you might have the wrong car sparky, i got this from a lad on the MLR who sold it because he bought a new M3 but he is after another evo now.
  5. Yeah that is what is confusing me about the bov, surely the re circ don't dump does it? i am not sure what the arc sticker is off by the time i drove home on sunday it was dark so couldn't look around properly. I will be getting the front bumper off over the weekend to see if there are any hidden goodies on it. It does have a lot of pivot temperature indication stickers dotted around the engine bay which are quiet cool.
  6. All evos I-VI apart from 200 ralliart I've's that were uk cars, From what i can remember the specs are 3" cat back RSR exhaust, hks induction kit, some sort of bov but i cant find it hks coilovers with adjustable top mounts koyo radiator. Thats about all i think i have just ordered my cat 1 alarm so will fit that at work sometime this week as well as the de limiter. Here is a few pics from the for sale ad until i get home.
  7. Lmao half a garage, it used to be an old coal shed a lot of years ago but we demolished it to get my cars in. Yeah i have joined the MLR Ryno. Cal the crank walk dont really bother me as we stroked my mates VI to a 2.3 a few months ago and he has said i can have all his old parts if anything goes wrong I will try and get some better pics on wed when i am back home phil.
  8. Well i have finally bought myself another jap car it is a blue mitsubishi evo I've just been to pic it up with my mate, needs a bit tlc but is mechanically sound. Chuffed to bits with it. Only got these 2 pics for now as it is dark but i will get some propper ones up when i get back on wed.
  9. I love your car mate, as you say that is the only floor it has the engine bay not being the same colour. I hope you will be sorting that out?
  10. Is the car from a garage or is it private? also how long has it been in this country? when i bought my first gt from wrc in bradford they didn't give me any paperwork with it, however when i imported my ek9 myself i had all of the documents to register it in this counrty vat, customs etc.
  11. Happy Valentines day to you too Shelly, i finished with my lass before christmas so spent today looking for a new car
  12. I was working in Dublin on monday and seen a nice supra outside Celtic Anglian water, then i seen a nice white glanza outside Balcass in Kill, Bloody expensive overthere at the minute with the way the pound is :surrender:
  13. Yeah it would be ok but i would still get it set up on the RR so they can make sure everything is ok and that it doesn't over/under fuel.
  14. I would deffo get it set up on a RR by a pro, get an e-manage or similar if you can afford it so you can fine tweak everything.
  15. Glad you have got it back mate, you got any pics of the damage? what sort of price you going to be looking for as i might be after another gt project.
  16. Cheers fellas unfortunatly i wont be getting a supra just yet, with me getting my new job and being on a lot more money i am loking at moving out of home in the next few months, and to get the supra in the back yard will require me to pull down the old back wall/garage door and fit at least a 7.5-8.5ft garage door as well as widening the car port which will cost a lot of money. So the supra is still on hold for now but i am thinking of either another gt or a gt4. Thanks for the link
  17. You are right i have put the car up for sale lol, nothing to do with the car because i really love it but i have started my new job and am on a lot more money so i am coming back to the land of jap
  18. Well my plans for a supra tt have been put on hold due to me being put back on a 3 day week at work, i was looking for something rare decent on fuel and fun and i can say this ticks all the boxes. It is a 1999 fiat barchetta 22k from new with full service history and every mot since import. I am chuffed to bits with it and it is very good on petrol as well, 100 miles and it has only just dropped to 3/4 of a tank! and it only costs £35 to fill the tank, no more v power plus i dont feel the need to thrash the tits off it everywhere i go. I got the car on monday and 4 hrs into ownership
  19. I seen it on ebay a few months ago and fancied it, but was warned against it by my cousins husband and one of my other friends who live there after they seen the way the last owner used to drive it.
  20. Couldnt reccomend jm-imports highly enough, lots of my friends have bought cars from him, and he has never brough in a bad car. Send him an email telling him what you want and he will send you pics of them.
  21. you got any pics of it? what sort of price is he looking for?
  22. Love the colour, you didn't buy this from someone in boston did you?
  23. I take it you are looking at a fully prepped one that needs nothing doing?
  24. Here you go mate you said you were after a track day civic, ek9 shell and build it yourself lol civic shell
  25. Get them wheels washed rory!!! the car doesn't look ruined to me. The spring that are on it are whiteline ones mate, was not impressed with the drop on them as i thought it would have been lower did you manage to get the fcd wired in?
