Yeah I've had them in and out numerous times, just always seems to be a chore! Wondered if there was an easy way to do it, but seems its just patience! I'll give moving the disc back and forward a go! Cheers!
-
I haven't removed the drive shafts from the hub, its just inserting them into the gearbox! Right pain! Will order a new seal and have another go at the weekend!
-
Anyone else have a problem doing this or is it just me? Never seem to be able to get them in easily, managed to f*** a brand new seal on my last attempt. Any tips?

I've ordered some bits from Keith @ Zisco before and they have turned up pretty quickly!

Little bit of progress today. Fitted the manifold, turbo, and oil lines. Then removed some pipes relating to the air con which I no longer have and decided to mount my FPR in its place. Need to order some studs for the turbo and then I can mount my downpipe and connect that all up to the exhaust. -
Getting there lad!

Get a belt and strap up some weight, best thing for pull ups/dips!

Not too much mate, but they wont clear without cutting them down unless you have recesses in the back of your alloys -

Another update! A while ago I purchased some levin brakes and disc's from Russ on here, but after fitting them found that my Rota's where hitting the callipers. I kept my eyes open for a pair of hubcentric spacers to pop up for sale and with a bit of luck some 20mm ones came up so I grabbed them. Got these fitted and then found that the wheel studs extended through the spacer and wouldn't allow the wheel to sit flush! So today I enlisted the help of my old man to cut the wheel studs down for me! Once we had done both sides I chucked on a wheel and checked clearances! All was good -

If I had the time and money, I would of just taken the car down to Dean @ RW! As you fully well know he is the man for this kind of thing!
