  1. Cheers pal, she's going up for sale instead though!
  2. I got some a td04 welded iwg leaky seals wepr manifold with ewg pipe blocked but can include a ewg flange to weld back on. Wepr decat sat in my garage
  3. Depends, is it a civic sized (half size rad) or full size? Did you get it from eBay from a seller called ryan_onfire by any chance? You can fit these rads without buying stuff you can recycle bits you take off and bits you find if it's a full sized rad it should fit with no modification.
  4. Did that drop out of your pillow, you have all the jdm goodies! Glwts good bit of kit!
  5. I got some wiseco forged ones, pm me I can do a good price
  6. I think I have one in my garage
  7. If it does it under boost it's more than likely to be headgasket or a crack, maybe worth bleeding it through though
  8. I watched this and sent it to some one the other night watch this all the time lol
  9. Oil burning is usually more blueish. Whites usually a sign of water so headgasket is usually the issue. If your losing power though and it's smoking I'd check compression and check the turbo over with your fingers to see if you can spin it by hand and if it has much play up and down and in and out.
  10. I've had this a few times with mine, first time I had a standard HT king lead that ha a slight nick changed it for a Magnecore one and it stopped. Second time the dizzy cap was corroded and the carbon brush in the centre had been jammed (it's on a spring and moves out to make contact with the rotor arm as it wears). And also had the water down with the spark plug scenario many moons ago. More than likely something very simple
  11. How'd you expect to monitor knock levels? Leave it to the pro's. Building the engines not rocket science if your competent though or have some one watch over you who has the expirience. Have to agree with Adam, wiseco and pauters IMO best off the shelf, I have a set in my garage very nice! The design of the pauter rods mean you don't need your block 'notching' to run them
  12. Can't view it on my phone but some one will be able to tell you I'm sure

Emanage is about as cheap as they come for a piggy back, you can get plug and plays I your running a near stock car. Emanage is pretty mainstream but there plenty of other makes out there, dastek, dta, aem blah blah blah best idea is so find a place near you that maps with a good reputation tell them your car your mods and ask them what systems they are familiar with and that they can map it for you.
  17. Check the engine light comes on when the ignition is initially switched on, could be a bulb out if it is fuel cut (cost like 20p to replace and takes minutes). But fuel cuts like the engine completely dying out for a small amount of time if its over boosting. Then it'll come back to life Intercooler should be fine some people run huge ones some run tiny.
