There is a rubber seal that will most likely get damaged when removed, we can supply them at around £15-18 per side iirc. If they have any small cuts or holes in the top side then water will most likely get in the car regardless of how much bonding paste is used.

The glass is bonded, cut the bond and it'll come out. Best elf to the professionalism from my experience done, removed/fitted these 3-4 times (different cars) and its much better to pay someone else to have it done properly.

We can supply genuine Toyota sensors for £150 delivered brand new. Straight fit without any messing about.

They are not genuine Toyota, chances are they are the same universal single wire sensors available on eBay. Remove the plug from your old sensor and connect it to a the new universal one, it's a single wire do fairly easy to do. It's a hit and miss with universal sensors though.

The OEM one will work fine at 1 bar if fitted properly

They should with a small spacer. I had to use a 3mm spacer on mine against Wilwood brakes because the spokes go in too much, the K sport caliper is a fair bit bigger though.

You should be able to transfer everything over. Intercooler pipe work will be the same as long as the turbo hasn't been clocked/rotated

Our FRP tailgates are going to be moulded next week, once they are made we are going to have perspex windows made to suit along with rear quarter replacements too.

All Mark 1 GTs came with that. The Mark 2 didn't come with the GT badge, but all Mark 1s definitely did. -

ozzey89 bought it I'm sure? From what I believe he lost faith after Tuning Developments took ages on his car, not sure what he was having done. So he went and bought an EG Civic, not sure what he's done with the Glanza but I could ask him.

They are Zep/Recaro rails. Took me a while to find them and cost around £300 (used) iirc.

I have Recaro specific EP91 rails, they have a handle under the seat at the front similar to the stock seats.

I think a full tank will get around 250 miles if you take it easy.

I'm afraid Gary's internals are now sat in the back of my Glanza waiting to be fitted I'd have offered to lend Craig the rings but my exams finish in 2-3 weeks and that's when I'll be building it. I think he should buy a set of 75s, then sell the 74.5s when they are available. That's if Craig is desperate enough to do that though.
