I would always say buy a genuine wastegate just for better piece of mind and quality but anyways what spring is in now? Do you have a EBC a good one? -

RHD Japan is a guarantee research everything before buying no matter what it is, it can save a long headache in the end

Anything jap mate tried and tested to best calibre that's what you pay the money same with all parts.

I would invest in a better gauge as above, decent gauge's save engine's I wouldn't trust it's readings.
