how long you drive it / been driving it when its been over heating? hate to say it but putting wd40 on it could probably be the culprit of it coming off! -
eobvious mate, it goes round the bottom puuley and then round the water pump and alternator. carnt go wrong with it.

water pump runs off that belt! dont drive it mate till its sorted, and dont spray wd40 on belts as it does stop it squiking because the bottom pulley will be going round and the belt will be spinning on it and not turning the alternator or water pump. -

i never took mine off, so just stripped as much away as possible, gave it a good clean and painted it with a brush. bit half arsed i know but looks.

i just used hammerite on mine mate and still looks as fresh as the day i did it.

well 2010 is nearly dead guys, so what are your plans for 2011? mine are- to get the TD04 on and all running sweet, get a few body parts resprayed to get the outside up to scratch, attend as many shows with you guys as i can. and maybe save some money for a change . . . . . . . nar scratch that 1
