It's a cusco 7 point I believe, came from rinseeps ep82 no it not a weld in but during the winter I'm getting it welded in and getting bars added to the doors and other areas to improve rigidity. When it comes back from TD I'm hoping for 300+ with a good tourque curve -

Cheers dude! I'm sure it will. My first time doing this to any car engine wise and never owned a starlet before so it was all a learning curve. This winter I want to add to my roll cage and get some head work with cams -

Little bit of an update Fitted my AFR gauge made by Innovite Received my Livesports front splitter which was not fixed onto my car it was moulded onto my front bumper making a seemless fit, also did this to my rear bumper! Then it was upto Fast Road Conversions to sort out my Zisco exhaust which didnt fit! A couple of shots whilst on the ramps Some more pictures of the bumpers Then the big thing, The car was going upto Warrington to Tuning Developments to have a few problems sorted out and Mapped! So managed to get hold of a trailer and a tow car. The tow car although it looked like nothing special it was actually pretty cool! It was an Audi A6 4.2 V8 Quattro Allroad with 300hp! Drove beautifully and pretty quick for a barge of a car! Once the exhaust was done it was time to load the car Then we left for Warrington at 4.15am and as im from South East Kent i knew it was going to be about a 5 hour drive there! Pulled over at a fuel station, one of many! Then at roughly 9.45am after a couple of stops we reached Tuning Developments where there was a Corrolla rolling road day so i did feel a little bit out of place lol! Mike and Nick both came out to help me unload which was good of them and then had a long chat about what i wanted them to do and i was very happy with their attitudes and their way of thinking! Cant wait to get it back now! Will update you guys when i get an ETA of work to be finished and the all important figures! -
Hi guys, Had someone blow out on me with a trailer this Saturday and don't know on here if anyone is local to lend me or know of a decent place to hire a trailer? Need to go upto tuning developments on the Saturday Cheers Wardy

Thanks guys! First track day will either be Lydden hill race circuit at BHP show or a Brands Hatch evening when the car is done Yes it's my dad's 3 door cosworth, when I'm not working on mine I help him with his. Immaculate condition and roughly 43000 miles on the clock Won't be as fast as the starlet though hehe! -

Right so a little update! Got hold of Keith from Zisco and he sorted out the exhaust for me, he sent basically a spacer which will do the job for now! Then it was time to start her up! I decided to crank the engine first without the king lead in it to get oil around the engine, turbo and other components but this was not to be! Fuel was pissing from the fuel rail! It was coming from all 4 injectors and both ends of the Zisco fuel rail! Did some asking about and didnt realise that copper washers were needed on both ends of the fuel rail as none were supplied :\ so got them and then bought some new injector seals from toyota, Fitted these and the injectors were still leaking but the ends stopped so sand papered out the bores in the injectors as there was a bit of powdercoat in them, put it all back together and now stopped leaking from the ends again! This carried on for 5 HOURS!!! Wanted to put a brick through the thing but instead i rang Mike@Tuning Developments The car is going in on the 29th March for a couple of little bits including the fuel rail problems and Mapping! Cant actually wait! So whilst i have basically done all the mechanical work i decided to get onto the bodywork! Livesports spoiler fitted to fibreglass bootlid and rear lip mocked up ready for the bumper to go into paint Livesports sideskirts on! Vented wings on Also today i put the old grille back in and im currently waiting on a Front Livesports lip and Toms grille I stared at the car for like 20 mins today as it was 1 year today i took the thing off the road for all the work to be done and im pretty impressed with myself! First propper build like engine out and replace ive actually done so lets hope Tuning Developments have more luck than me! Roll on the 29th March!! -

Arch Enemy are a group that come to your house i believe! Friends of mine have used them and they are pretty good! -
And this will stop it from leaking?
-
cheers for the reply, it didnt come with any fittings which is a bit of a shame! I thought it was a bit strange that it didnt :/ should i get brass fittings or rubber?
-
I pressured up the fuel system on the car today as i have just put in a Zisco Fuel Rail in and Denso 430cc injectors. The fuel is leaking out each end of the fuel rail from the threaded fittings, one supplied by zisco and the other one i supplied. Now, the rail didnt come with any washers or anything so i dont know if i need to supply my own washers and if so which ones? Also should i PTFE the threads on the fittings or is this not suitable for fuel use? Has anyone somehow sealed their injectors aswell as there maybe a bit leaking from them aswell? Any help would be much appreciated! Wardy
