Right then guys! This is long over due but i have been hard at it! I left this thread with me running a CT9 Hybrid at 0.8 Bar externally gated. Now all of this has changed! I was driving to work one day after i had set up the wastegate and all the pressures to iron out any problems before a track day i had booked 2 weeks down the line. As i was doing the 40 Mile trip to work i noticed a slight rattling and a change of sound in the exhaust note. Then this slight change started getting louder and a loss of boost occured! Basically my manifold had snapped at the wastegate pipe and was dangling in the engine bay! This pissed me off massively as i only just bought this manifold. I was now facing a big decision, either buy a new manifold for me to run 180-200bhp or do what i had planned which was to forge it and run nice power for a road legal track car......Decision was made. So i kept the car off the road and set about this! First of all i had to source a forge engine which i bought from a decent lad. It was built by tuning developments and he had all receipts to prove the work done. Stage 2 built forged engine Looks pretty boring but it was my mission to sort this out So i started by cleaning up stuff and fitting stuff that i have stockpiled and swapping stuff over from the old engine. Leads and Distributor swapped over aswell as some silicone hoses Thermostat housing was a state and i needed to fit the TD low temp thermostat Before After Difference between the two thermostats Denso injectors and fuel rail mock fitted (CJ Performance fuel rail but will be using the new TD Fuel Rail) Clear cover arrived from Jezza @ JD Tuning Have the alternator a paint up I bought a race spec rocker cover This is the colour it turned out which i love! Bought a HEL Braided clutch line and fitted it Then i went about taking the old engine out with the help of some mates Now to seperate the box from the engine #LIKEABOSS This is what it looked like which i thought was minging! I set about getting the degresent out and some elbow grease to make my bay white again! Also replaced alot of the bolts in the bay Then i bought this baby! Fitted Painted this to match bits Painted the front chassis Before After New intercooler with the colourcoding carrying on! Also received the 50mm radiator, also have a shroud with fan for this I also got some TechFlex for the loom to tidy it up which should be good for when i tuck the loom a tad Bought some TD gear linkage bushes and fitted This is my Turbo Kit i have ordered from TD which is the TD Hybrid Version Also bought a Fidanza Flywheel And 6 puk Spec clutch I also bought a Doobie rear splitter which i will be modifying to fit a nice diffuser ;) Going to pick up a few bits from Shorty tomorrow so i will be reporting back shortly!- 250 replies

I dont buddy, got rid of it a while ago. Did you want the engine or certain bits?- 250 replies

It will indeed but you will need a mounting kit which can be bought off Jezza at JD Tuning
-
yer i have been looking around but i think i would have to replace the piping to braided or fuel hose all the way to the tank i think wouldnt i?
-
just want to get the big black filter out of the bay, its more for its presence than performance improving
-
Does anyone run one to replace the massive black fuel filter in the bay? If so which one do you use? Cheers
