Gain around 10-15bhp with a remap, may aswell save for td04

Get some 00 grade wire wool and decent metal polish like autosol. When your finished put some metal sealent on there (britemax metal twins are a great combo) or look at fk1000p too (great on alloys)

if you can get the whitline 4 point brace as opposed to the cusco one - not much difference in cost, and its a sturdier brace. Also rear arb as the starlet doesnt come with one as standard, makes a very noticeable difference

Depending on what version you may require injector harness

Tuning developments have done a few of these with good results, iirc they said they are better than a emb and very similar to emu

toyota one is different to that one ive sent - i thought you was on about replacing your depo one, hence the ebay link. youll need a toyota temp sensor then to replace the toyota one.
-
thats just a universal temp sensor with all cheaper gauges - a standard toyota one wont fit. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Prosport-Oil-Water-Temp-Temperature-Gauge-Dial-Sensor-Sender-1-8-NPT-Thread-/221261025793?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item33842f5201
-
if the temp is accurate, then you have an issue, temps should not be going passed 90, unless your on track, if your going passed 100 normal driving, then as i said, something isnt quite right.
-
its rare that the sensors fail on those, so id be inclided to look at the engine. 100 is way too hot yes, could be an air lock, thermostat, issue with water pump or could be hg issue
-
water temps should be getting no where near 100degs, i would either look to change the sensor to rule out a faulty gauge, or you have an issue. Standard water temp gauge gets to around 115-120 on aftermarket gauge befor it starts to move, when it does move its usually too late. did you fit the waterpump/engine yoruself? bleed the coolant system fully afterwards?

Tuning developments have got more stock of their adjustable actuator

coilovers (such as BC racing/meisters) whiteline rear anti roll bar adjustable panhard rod

looking good pal

I would definatley be looking into some new injectors with a larger capactiy - likes of injector dynamics seem very popular for e85 users. Also i would definatley be running a standalone system, it could probably be done on a piggyback (ie emu) and i wouldnt risk it with a p&P ecu.
