  1. Is the rubber cover around the piston split if not have got the right wind back tool?, because I've had rear caliper problems but they've never seized on me, its always been sliders, stupid question bt handbrake is down because that caught me out lol
  2. Stock 2.3, I went with 2.4-2.5bar when I was running a sard fpr and all was well
  3. They both wind in clockwise bud, while your there make sure the sliders move freely because they normally seize up

  5. Have you tried thermostat? It mite still be hg but had same problem and a new thermostat sorted it for me

  8. Yeah leave NO open, that pipe with the little filter if its long enough use that for nipple on the back of the controller. COM port goes to wastegate and NC port goes to turbo nipple
  9. Alrite leave pipes where they are, bt the NO port needs to be left open for when it bleeds the pressure
  10. I've just wired mine in today and I used the power wire from the cig lighter and earthed it under the dash for the red n black wires. That port at the back or the unit is for pressure reading so you would need some 4mm silicone hose and run thru the bulk head to the engine bay and t-piece it to vacum source behind inlet manifold. On the boost solenoid its currently set up for external w/g but if your still running actuator the nipple needs moving it should be COM to actuator, NO to turbo nipple Hope this helps and if you get stuck let me know I've got the manual here

  15. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/250987703292?nav=SEARCH When you go to fit them solder them on and sum heat shrink aswell saves any future problems, this I what I done to mine its been fine for past year

Yeah same didn't blow any fuses at all bt was going thru headlight connectors monthly, another thing I did aswell was replaced the battery earth goin to the gearbox mount for a thicker one and a new terminal clamp, 1 more it mite be worth getting your alternator checked at a local garage because mine was sort of fine bt the tester thing kept telling check alternator show swapped it with a spare I had and all was well. Hope it mite be of sum help to ya bud
  17. Yeah I had the same problem bud, all I did was go over every earth u can see and clean them up, I then went out and got a d1 spec earthing condensor and it seemed to sort it out
  18. Na bud the brake calipers get in the way because I picked up a shell and put 13s on but had to take the brakes off so they would fit
  19. It connects to factory boost solenoid if your not using it blank it off
  20. There's a uncut bumper on ebay at the min, which is rare these days
  21. X2 my old springs gave a harder ride than my meisters
  22. Na just a really thin flat head screwdriver that's what I used to push the little tab down then wire pulls out
  23. Standard one won't last 5mins, u want at least exedy stage 1 organgic, I've had 1 for the last 4 years and abused it abit but has been fine
