I had the exact problem bud, what did was take the door densors off and take them apart (they prise apart) and there is abit of copper metal and I cleaned it up with wire wool or stanley blade, put it all back together and all was working great. Hope this helps bud

I have evo 8 recaro's in mine with a oem armrest and there's plenty clearance between the bolsters bud

Or if you still have stock acuator get adjustable one because I did the same, even with a cracked w/g and that made a hell of difference

Is the rubber cover around the piston split if not have got the right wind back tool?, because I've had rear caliper problems but they've never seized on me, its always been sliders, stupid question bt handbrake is down because that caught me out lol
