Hi guys, Thought I'd chuck this up for anyone with a short shifter who, like me like a bit of shaft (giggles) showing After fitting my short shifter (TC's I think) it sat like this: The top of the gaiter was irritating me when I changed gear so I took the knob off (more giggles) I don't think you need a pic of that. Next I took one of the rubber mounting from my old shifter: And took the metal collar out so I was left with this: I then turned the bush (snigger) inside out, this was so the molding tabs were hidden. It was probably the hardest part, but I then had this: I then popped the bush (hehe) over the thread and down the shaft ☺️: Then using a flat head screwdriver I manuliptated the top edge of the gaiter into the ridge of the bush 😁: Once that was in (probably the second hardest part) I set the height I wanted the gaiter sat at by pushing the bush down: I then screwed my knob back on and this is how it looks: Hope this is of use to some one 😊 and sorry about the quality of the pics and the cleanliness of my car! So I thought I'd add some pic of the stuff I've added. Sorry about the quality damn iphone!! Blitz boost gauge Momo 280mm wheel: Short shifter, sold to me as a TRD but I think it's a TC's as I had to fit the metal spacers so the cable didn't catch on the tunnel! Comments always welcome!
