People should stop giving him a hard time about the insureance. The heading of the topic is what would you? Clearly he had insurance and it was null and void by no fault of his own. He asked what he should do in this situation that hes unfortunately found himself in the last thing he needs is moral lectures off people. Obviously he knows he needs insurance which he did have. Personally like ive said buddy wing it and see what happens you could get lucky and what Zoe said might happen you just never know.

You can easily run any ct9 or a ct9 hybrid on an RX7 and good enough for them you could achieve 220 with a hybrid and other good supporting mods especially with the cold air feed if it front mounted. Yes it has been done i cant remember who done it though have a search for it and ill do the same. Although i must say i am a fan of the rally look with your car a set of white multispokes the spoiler and mudflaps youd defo have something out of the ordinary.

If an insurance company have the oppurtunity not to pay out then they will take it. So you can kiss goodbye to your insurance covering you for this. You may be able to hold your bank responsible however. Also i said nothing about lying in court which is a serious matter. I said should they come to you and say you hit our employees car then you play dumb. It would never in a million years end up in court. You think a large company would waste their time and money going to court over a bloody bumper lol. Play it out see if they even get in contact then worry about it when it comes to it.

If you wanted to keep the remix and not cut it then you could get a civic rad and front mount an RX7 IC. Im quite a fan of the remix bumper and its probly the least common so why not keep it and be different kind of has that whole rally look going on sell your bonnet and bumper get a livesports spoiler and some mud flaps you could be on to a little beast when its boosted.

How any body can get a hold of someones details doesnt take a secret agent. Say i had damage on my car and didnt like someone and decided to blame it on them and claim them i could easily get their details n dream up an alleged story. If their is no evidence and he did not involve the police thats his own fault im afraid if theres no evidence their was no crime mate simple as that its his word against yours. As for him knowing where you work you just needto decide what u like better your driving license or a guilt free concience lol.

Go see citizens advice about where you stand on the matter might find that you could get more than just your wages if you play your cards right. Just need to make sure he isnt a dodgey business man who wants to sell on the homes and then leave the company insolvent.

Im a slight expert in these matters right now have had alot of hassle with points and the police lately between me and my mate who i share a flat with 1st off he got caught in my starlet while his insurance on his car had expired. They saw him with his belt off apparently had to chace him then he told them he was insured anyway he was done with the routine no insurance taking the car without consent all that jargon. Then was cited 2ce apparently both never came so he had 2 failed to appears so foned the PF to see what the score was and was told theres a warrant out for him which was then cancelled due to their incompetence. 2 days later at 8am 2 bobbys at the door trying to arrest him so they are told the story radio in to find the warrant is cancelled anyway after all of this he had a court appearance and got 6 points and £450 fine. I on the other had during this time was caught speeding doing apparently an average of 99mph over 1.5miles. Anyway mine was processed properly and dealt with far faster i plead guilty by letter and got 4 points and a £150 fine. Any way best thing you could do is wait it out. I assume at the time you exchanged all details but the police werent involved? It might be a little underhand and sneaky but if they werent then you could probably deny that it ever happened and get your policy up to date in the mean time lol.
