Shauny boy ma hero haha ko mate. Took me long enough to get these parts. Boy am gettin the turbo off said the seals are away but hes never ran it jus taking the guy he got it offs word for it. So it might jus be a wee bit of smoke on boost or cud be fucked. Just means if i get it all on can stick it in for the seals then all i need is an ECU and turn it up n reep the rewards lol. Do you think 0.6 or 0.7?

Right guys so far ive got a new TMIC, de-cat, Mani, tongs gt spec hybrid and actuator but still no ECU as of yet as funds are a bit dry as im going to need to get the turbo seals done this month when i recieve it through. What i was wondering is the guy who is going to be doing the seals for me said its better for him if its on the car when he checks it so he can be sure its just the seals that he needs. What id be wondering is that if i have all these mods would i be able to run these on the standard ecu at say 0.6 bar without the need for and FCD? Or would this not work? I plan to get a Jam

Tell me about it. Im with nationwide so mine has been fine but payday isnt till tomorrow. Its my mrs with RBS and shes also got our paypal account so this is where the hassle starts. Does it feel like your hitting the restrictor? Engine management light popping up at the same time?

Am gna assume that its 2nd hand then? Can you not find a wiring diagram for the brand of TT it is?

Have u set the turbo timer when its on? Is there any spare wires?

Haha dave this is where the chat goes down wae all the homies lol. Rob (fulham) sold his advance used to sit in the tesco petrol station in hburgh u widda seen it mate hes got an s3 now.

It could be somthing daft though the float on the sender unit could be jammed or the variable resister could be knackered if its the lowest the fuel have been run aswell the mechanism could be sticky at that point it could be somthing daft like that.

Defo as mickey boy said thats the best way to fit any engine especially if the gearbox is there aswell. Its even easier if you have a 2 post lift.

Had you done anything when it came on like worked on your gauges or touched your fuel pump? Somthing is earthed to cause it to stay on.

Nah you needto remove the rivets to get the heatshield off. I just chiselled the head off them knocked the rest out and replaced them with screws for future convenience
