I dont think ive ever seen one of these. Would be too much of a risk having never seen 1 fitted. For me anyway lol.

You will find underneath the tiny bubble on the paint that the rust will be slightly worse underneath. Its all a case of just how bad. The best way to solve this would be to use an angle grinder and slightly take it back to bare metal untill you have removed every spec of rust. Then key prime paint n laquer. If it is worse you may have to apply a little bit of treatment to it but these arent expensive and are widely available.

The shimming thing is when u align the lsd with the final drive im sure. Use some kind of blue ink to make sure they meet dead centre from what i remember from college lol. Could be wrong im sure someone will correct me if im wrong.

You should know never to put paste on an exhaust before a turbo or cat then.

Put paste between your mani and turbo and you can kiss goodbye to the turbo while your at it ;)

Really? Were you the same? I thought it was a doddle it would be much more difficult to get the turbo off the mani still on the engine I thought. I can get a turbo kit off in about 35 min.

Depends how board you are and what your into mate. Joey barton is good for a laugh. I follow most things football/Rangers just depends on your taste there plenty of funnies. U need to take off the hot pipe mate its only 2 bolts. Fuck the gasket you dont need it. Its easy when you get that off.

Its fine mate jus whip it off. I had mine on without a gasket for ages it was sound. Either that or just cut a little one out of a cereal box its only a thin paper 1 anyway.

I think they all have codes mate. Tbh just looks like an ebay one to me but im sure there was a few tm ones floating about that were the exact same so dont quote me on it.

Use a dremmel and in number 3 you will see there is a lump. Just grind that flat. You can go along and open all 4 up a little and just give them a general clean while your at it. As for the stud. Whats in the way? Im assuming you have the hot pipe off the turbo? Make sure u have a socket, extention, Universal Joint and a spanner and you should be able to get everything off.
