yeh they are the baffles in your exhausts which silences the noise, my mates new crx vtec had to get a new exhaust because hes 1 popped n all the baffles come out!! good luck

you kno what i happened to hav done this aswell a month back now it musta been. i hav just been drivin with 3 nuts, i kno it sounds stupid but i havnt the funds to replace this.
