yeh my mate did mine for me for free, but he had ramps and a proper air compression spring tensioner. i helped my mate remove his springs off an escort not long ago and it is best to use those spring tensioners otherwise as every1 has sed you wnt look too good afterwards!

yeh i wana see this, rather than just talk! my rear quarter is dented and all rippled.. got quoted 600 quid for the repair. isnt worth it.. so your plannin on all these mods and your not gna insure it? not very wise choice is it

Bridgestone potenza's are very good tyres so i have heard from a few people! Yokohama A539's are very good gripping tyres, but they are on the soft side and are shite in wet!
