for the most part kinugawa seems one of the better taiwan brands out there. i have a few customers with evo/subaru that are using them without any issue. but there have been many instances where these turbos have failed. mostly the turbine housings which dont have the same casting quality as say mhi or garrett. others have experienced the compressor wheel getting destroyed when running higher than average boost. would never recommend them over a genuine brand..but if your on a budget and willing to chance it..then it seems a decent option.

yes guys...its not stock rad friendly. non of our top mount kits are. this is just another option for the CT-frame guys. one more option we thought would be nice to whoever who has upgraded within the ct-frame turbo platform (hybrids/billets etc) and is looking for something different. this kit was made for a member on here. she wants to use it on her ep70. so we made the kit as compact as possible too...however fitment on a ep70 chasis i wont know till i get some feedback from her.

hi guys.. we have this CT-frame top mount kit now available. ideal for anyone running a larger CT-frame hybrid/billet etc. has the same fitment as CT9...so anything with the same back end will bolt right up to this kit. precisely why i don't like cats...had a neighborhood cat (unsure which neighbor was the owner) and it would sleep on my car and shit all over my yard..tried chasing it off a few times...but he kept coming back. honestly dont mind the shitting and the sleeping on the car...but the little twink used to sharpen its claws in my bumper..now thats where i draw the line...i had no choice but to bust the air rifle out... sorry animal lovers!

if your using 2" downpipe then thats pretty small already. going up to 2.5" will free up a noticeable amount of power...but it could possibly make your boost issues worse. waste gate port lets down most hybrids we've installed over the years..creep is an issue on most of them.

^^^ this... i dont know why people keep saying you cant make more power...more displacement means more bhp/torque and faster turbo spool... how much more power you will make over a 4e using same turbo will depend on your set up/tune. if your not making more power/torque on a 5e with 200cc's of extra displacement...then your doing something wrong

^^^correct...ct9 hybrids are convenient..but cost wise...you will still need a better manifold/decat and a fmic kit to get the most out of them. may as well go with at least a minimum of TF035.
