  1. hi amjad, is this for stock fitment ct9 ?? if so pm me..i'll work out something for ya mate (price wise) ....
  2. nice job mate...looks great !!!
  3. hi barney, i dont really have a fitting guide for td04 fitment mate. i think you got the ram style manifold kit yet? if so civic radiator is not required though (although fitting one will free up a lot of space). if using a civic radiator, make sure you get the radiator port shifted to the correct side. apart from our manifold combo which you already have...you'd need... td04 turbo/gaskets/nuts-bolts oil-water lines have to mod existing fmic hot pipe to suit td04 turbo intake pipe both intake/fmic hot pipe mods are easy enough to do by using silicone hoses/bends. the rest of the stuff would just be a matter of installation after you remove all your ct9 bits mate. i would say for the average person (providing you have all the bits ready to go in)...may take 8-12 hours..hard to say. it may take longer for someone working from home as opposed to us installing something like this at our workshop where we have access to all tools and bits etc. really hard to estimate a accurate time frame really barney..

  5. checking this thread after a long time..nice work matt. car sounds great and much power already on tiny boost. just a matter of time before you'd be making some big power once you turn the boost up/tune
  6. updated with pics/options and prices.
  7. check the seating area around your waste gate penny mate (i an assuming your using actuator)..it may have cracks on it..if so..it can contribute to lazy boost.
  8. looks great mate !!

  11. thread has been updated with CT9 ram fitment guide link. thanks!
  12. Here is a quick fitting guide i put together. i am sorry if its not super details. i just didn't have the time today guys. but it does have all the main fittings guidelines. i will add more pics to the guide below as time permit. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/100350-ct9-ram-kit-fitting-guide/ any questions, just PM me !
  13. hi guys.. here are some simple steps to fitting our NON-Stock location CT9 ram kit. Down pipe/De-cat: the decat supplied with the kit is stock location. it will fit any cat back on the market. if your exhaust fits stock decat. then it will directly bolt up to the decat supplied with this kit. Compressor housing/ Intake pipe: one of the main advantages of using external waste gate is so you can clock compressor housing to point towards the floor. this drastically reduces the hot pipe length to the FMIC resulting in better boost response. clocking the housing is not absolutely required as you can get regular ct9 piping to fit with some modification (see pic below). How ever it is recommended as it will improve the overall performance of your set up. stock restrictive EFI intake piping cannot be used. custom front exit intake pipe will need to be customized/fabricated (see pic below). new high flow intake will greatly improve your turbos breath-ability thus adding to your set up's over all performance. Oil line: new oil line is supplied with the kit as the turbo's position from stock location has been shifted. how ever in order to fit new oil line, you have to... 1.rotate center cartridge till oil return flange sits parallel to the floor. 2.once this is done, both sump and and block end will line up. 3. oil return is designed to fit stock rubber elbow at the sump end. if using a silicone 90deg bend, make sure you trim is down to similar size. if not it may not fit properly. Water line modification: you can either not use the water lines..or plumb them up. if using water lines... 1. trim down stock metal lines 2. use rubber hoses/clips to connect the lines to thermostat housing 3. adjust length of hoses as needed for clearance with screamer pipe (if using external waste gate) Radiator: our kit is designed to fit STOCK radiator/fan. however some prefer to use half size civic radiators. if using civic radiator, then you'd need to shift bottom radiator port to the opposite side. this is something that needs to be done regardless when using a civic radiator because the lower radiator hose cannot be fitted without hyper extended it. fitting it this way causes the lower hose to be crimped thus affecting cooling. so this step needs to be followed if installing a civic radiator regardless of the manifold/turbo kit you are fitting. some pics from RobSR's build page. If you guys have any questions...Just PM me and i'd be happy to assist you with whatever! Sacha
  14. nothing to be worried about..i'll take the time this coming week to put a fitting tutorial...
  15. Hi nick, we only make oil lines to suit our non stock location ct9 manifold kits (power up kit, ct9 ram kit, top mount ct9 ram kit)....so if you bought one of these oil lines and tried to fit it a stock manifold set up or any other manufacturer ct9 manifold kit...it will not fit or line up. if you are fitting it to one of our kits..you just need to rotate the center section of the housing. oil lines are kit specific. ex: power up kit oil line cannot be fitted on to ram kit and vice/versa. the turbo flange does not sit parallel to the floor on the stock cast manifold...if you just look at a oem manifold..you can see this. except on our power up kit manifold (turbo is still angled, but angle is different to stock)...the turbo flange sits parallel to the floor..hence the center cartrdige also has to be rotated a little to compensate. hardly a big job or anything to be worried about..you need to clock the compressor housing anyhow to point down (for fmic piping)...can be done at the same time. also note...we make the kit to suit the stock rubber oil return elbow. so if using a silicone bend at the sump..it has to be trimmed down to the same size as the oem one..if not it may not fit that well.
  16. i've replied to your PM dan.. you have to rotate the centre cartridge..very easy to do downpipe is stock location..there is no mistake with that as all our downpipes are made to the same jig. if your downpipe has been previously made to suit any other decat which is not stock location..it will not line up i think i may have to take time to post a how-to/fitting guide in the wepr forum section for this kit...
  17. hi phil..on happen to see this now. nice mate..somehow got the manifold to fit (crazy bastard hahah)...good figures too mate..sounds like a beast with more power to go since your still on low boost.
  18. Just want to thank everyone who managed to get their orders in on time. the response was great. hope the discount helped you guys out. once again...we thank our customers/friends for your continued support. also would like to extend a big thank you to the ukso staff. sacha
  19. and while we wait... here's my idea of a "professionally" made collector... we have access to cnc and we do offer all sorts of billet options for other vehicle platforms (evo/Rb/2jz etc). they are available to you guys with starlets too..but i dont actively push these because of the cost involved.
  20. Actually that's one of our manifolds and if there's a mistake by WEPR, i'd be the first to own up, apologize and rectify immediately. i am not afraid of hiding behind bad press and i firmly believe if we have made a mistake...then we must rectify at any cost. that's the assurance you guys have by going with our products. usually porting is not required as everything lines up..but in the event it does need some porting..we do it before shipping. but in this case the oversight is ours. our work shop has been unbelievably busy in the last 6-8 months as we are expanding into other vehicle platforms. i dont have a team of robots working for me guys..so there is always a small chance of human error involved. but rest assured there are any issues..we will work towards getting it resolved. i have apologized profusely to Tim and also PM'd him about immediately rectifying the situation. will wait for him reply.
