Mine was blocked all of winter last year, bad times! I just put a hose on the EXIT side of the heater matrix on the bulkhead in the enginebay to flush it BACK through and loads of gunky yellow shit came out . Worked spot on after that!

you been tonking it and not let it cool down? Might be the seals... Take the filter off and see what the shaft play is like. There any leaks? Stabbing in the dark really unless theres something more obvious under the bonnet.

right... well i'm running a plug n play ecu atm so I don't have any issues with fuel cut... Does this "computer" work as a wideband as well? Give me a afr reading? At the mo I have a fse fpr with a gauge so I can easily adjust the fueling. All I really need is a wideband but if this thing will tell me a reading and let me adjust it in the car electronically, then I may have to purchase one to save putting my head under the bonnet to set it up lol... Plus I like the sound of being able to adjust the fueling at different revs POP POP lol.

haha! I like this As everyone is saying really... Bit more power and it should also reduce if not eliminate boost creep with the penny enlarged but still can't be 100% if you run that extra boost.... Tbh for the price of a hybrid it's cheaper to go toyosport td04 and you'll have bigger power gains...... plus it'll look cooler on your signature if it says td04 somewhere.

Ok so I figure they control the fuel and air someway. But what are the pros and cons of the unit and how much are they worth? From what I've heard, they control the air and fuel which sounds like a map to me? lol Someone help

good luck babe lol! you can do mine after ;) Might need to get the jack out and use an axel stand. Also, take it off with the whole pipe too, its like 3 nuts that hold it onto the block or something, don't bother trying to get the pump off the pipe whilst its fitted because the engine mount will be in the way lol.

Just thought I'd add another job that I've just found on my computer lol. I used to have a fiesta that cost me £140 lol, I stripped it out and put a 1.7 puma engine in it and eventually tried to make it look better on the outside and ended up fitting a ZS kit and smoothing a bootlid off. Some pictures ... Anyone else got any jobs? lol

indeed! Nothing wrong with rattle cans lol. Get one with a decent nozzle and its not going to be a lot different to a spray gun if you have a good flow to your hand. Came out spot on . Do you paint them or do the machines? ;) Drop us some tips!

Cheers mate I just used normal rattle can lacquer on my rims because I didn't have the compressor lol! Could be a lot better ;). Bumper isn't even polished by the way lol. That was just after it hardening over night.

Cheers mate Yep! I have no doubt at all that it will withstand jetwash and 95% of stones that'll hit it. Seal the edges propperly, use 2 pack clearcoat (a clear coat and a hardener) again making sure you're covered all the edges, bake it with some kind of make shift source lol and it should last at least a couple of years before it may need touching up ;)

Well painting is a bit of a growing passion of mine. I orginally started on my first car when I colour coded the door handles. |Come a long way since then! Just thought I'd share some of my jobs with everyone and see what everyone else has been doin . I'm gonna start with a bumper fill and respray that I did for my mate's mx5 over the weekend. He had attempted to do it himself previously and left holes in the bumper, covered by a clowdy paint match lol! I took all the paint down and refilled the holes, got rid of all the imperfections using filler primer and eventually finished it with a la

by the way where did you get your oil line? cheapest i could find wasn't cheap lol. think it was about £60-80 for oil n water ones :/

i can get the toyosports kit for £150, 30-50 on a td04 and the rest of the money is for oil line and a peice of intercooler pipe.... maybe I could do it cheaper than £300 lol... You always overshoot the estimate though. No doubt I'll have to buy new nuts and bolts, a bird will shit down the housing and I'll have to buy some more cleaning gear and "the scrap man" will steal half of it lol.
