  3. the main reason i want a 4paw is grip as most people that have been to ma house will vouch roads around me arent for the faint hearted so thats why my hearts been set on one for ages but with the drag strip being the closest events that are ran id like it to hold its own at them aswell. speaking to weejohn and such it looks like changing out first for a gt first is a worthwhile plan and the yaris final drive will make sure i dont run outta gears on the strip. going for the 4paw if i can get my hands on one so we shall see lol
  4. ahh sorry didnt see it nah id rather just sell the spoiler if am honest

  10. in discussion with a few of them now i spent awhile looking into it before but at the time none were for sale. drivetrain is my main concern so currently looking into that
  11. meister r coilovers are in my eyes the best u can get but they come with a price tag of course. if your on a £400 budget prob best bet is wait for a good second hand set to pop up
  12. i have the cash to buy the car but its just al the other hidden fees that concern had a few links sent to me which make for intresting reading. if i go for this it will knock my build back a fair few months which prob wont make it till close to end of next year. i was sure when i looked into it more i would find a reason why i couldnt buy it but the more i look into it the more it seems appealing lol. its fine ill tell the misses and just have to go ukso sofa surfing till she calms down
  13. ever since i found out they made one ive been after one but ive never seen one for sale when ive had the cash lol. prob is mines already striped ready to get painted so cant decide if i should basicaly start all over again then try push 350+bhp down the drivetrain lol
  14. ahh thats rather handy. so from what i gather i just pay to get it shiped to the uk then nip down and get it from the docks? will need to look into how to pay customs. it all seems to simple which concerns me cause noone ever seems imports there cars lol . the hardest part of it so far is telling the misses what i bought lol
  15. spotted a car am after on tradecarview and realy having a hard time trying not to buy it. ive spoke to the company who have offered me a cif price for the car which from what i can gather is the price of the car + shiping+insurance. now my main question is what is the full process to get it in the country. i pay them i take it they put the car on a boat and thats there side done from there i need to pay import tax(27.5%?) how do i go about this or do they find me? then when the boat arrives at the uk do i then need to pay the dock to take the car off and store it till i get it? again do they contact me and say hey we have a car for you? then whats the proccess for getting the car all registered and legal. and what sorta costs should i expect to pay over and above the cif price + import tax. am extremely tempted to pay for the car and just go for it but am concerned the lack of knowledge could lose the car or unexpected fees could raise the price above what would be a good deal. realy keen to see if anyones done this them self am aware there are agents that do this but i cant see what role they play from getting the car off the boat to my door for the amount they charge cheers shaun
  16. can be used with ac pump but wont be shiping outside uk sorry
