  1. ***Spoiler Alert*** You didn't select kill Michael?
  2. I thought this thread could use a bit of humor
  3. Tossers who don't dip their lights on country roads.
  4. Didn't do a thing today, apart from getting a new TPS. But...... Saved an EP80 from the scrappers. It's not mine, so won't give too much away, but it's going to a fellow enthusiast. Picking it up tomorrow, fitting the front bumper then going on a bandit run with no mot or tax.
  5. ^LOL I'd have though it was for the ejector seat.
  6. Yeah survival is good, also the mission for Lester where you need to wreck the cop vehicles gets you 5k, then take the car to LS customs and sell for 12k. Can say for sure, but I did it to be on the safe side.
  7. Make sure you buy an apartment for at least 250k, to do the heists for Lester.
  8. Welcome to UKSO!
  9. Nice work mate! I'm guessing you got the pulley machined then?
  10. Cracked on with the to do list today. Started tidying up the wires and tucking as best as possible. Not going to do a full tuck, I simply don't have the patience. Tidied the fuel a vac lines up too. Stripped an old rocker cover and began polishing. Will have it done by tomorrow night. ITB's are coming off tomorrow to be polished. Got some stainless bolts to freshen up a few things. Photos to follow.
  11. Caught me at the worst possible time too, standing in my garage using the polisher. Seemed really dead on.
  12. loved it, though it was really interesting / different.
  13. Bit of a long story. But my neighbours mate is head of PR for Tyco Suzuki. He was back home for a few days and brought Josh Brooks, British Superbike racer round to look at the ITB's.
  14. If you've got the head off, stick it in the dishwasher. That's what I did with mine.
  15. Don't know where to go from there mate. I don't have a clue about turbos. May be worth changing the title name.
  16. Sound have mentioned this first. Run the self diagnostics. Bridge ports E1 & TE1 and that will give you fault codes on the dash. Here's a guide http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/9295-how-2-perform-a-diagnostics-test/
  17. Yeah, that looks spot on mate. As I said check the wiring first.
  18. No, as far as I am aware the FTE ones are 'slotted' meaning they need to be adjusted. I'm not sure if there is a guide on here. To reset the TPS you need rotate it while on the butterfly pin 360 degrees anti-clockwise. - This is from memory, I remember reading about it somewhere. But two small bolts hold it in place. If you have a strut brace, it would be easier to work with if you removed it.
  19. Cheers dude. No, it hasn't been on a RR yet. Planning to get it setup properly then take it to the RR. This will be the first place it will be posted.
  20. It really isn't hard to check mate, little black box on the back of the TB, just check the wiring for a start. There are 3 wires in the plug that connects to the TPS.
  21. You need to invite me to some missions Matt!
  22. Turbo bigger than engine... Because race car
  23. Here's a link http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/57064-joshstick-2-its-project-s2i-glanza-160913/page-1
  24. Would say that was Josh's V mate. You should check out his build thread.
