Mini Cooper s alta uprated supercharger pulley
Addymk2 replied to bradp94's topic in General Sales Items
Cheers for the advice guys! -
Interested dependant on price. I have a bad feeling they are going to be £5-600+ though
-
Get on it Josh Surprised you havent threw a few of your favourites in here yet!
-
http://www.biddingninja.com/ The guy who runs it, Nathan, is rediculously helpful. They will even strip parts off cars for you if needs be. You pay your money into an account via PayPal which gives you bidding rights, he charges a smallish handling fee and ships as cheaply as possible. My ECU came labelled up as a g*ft lol Do itttttt :-P

A really deep brown, like some old beemers. Looks surprisingly amazing and is definatley different. If you do that ill give you £6
-
The mucky coloured ones off bug eye corollas are apparently good for a 4efe. Don't quote me on that! Run a search though bud it's been covered loads :-)
-
Mine didn't, and if it won't go lower than .85 bar have you got an adjustable actuator? Or a custom one? Has the high/low boost solenoid been re routed? And have you got a FCD? Sorry for answering your questions with questions :-P
-
Cheers mate :-) sadly she hit eBay earlier :-P anyway back on topic lol
-
Or just the selector fork...

No it's a complete air unit, does the exact same as a spring/damper only it's lighter, easier to service and fully customiseable That's my bike with the rear air damper. You can get them smaller :-P Just pump it up to make it stiffer and tweak the rebound/damping settings to suit. Some of the high end off roaders use a similar setup that fox produces, like the Dakar buggies etc.

I jus need the pin, mine fired off like a bloody rocket when I was fitting it and literally went like a rat down the drain pipe. More annoying lol Genuine or something that will work will do Cheers guys and girls! Craig

Toyo T1-R Proxes vs Yokohama Parada Spec 2 vs other recommendations
Addymk2 replied to P44YNE's topic in Alignment & Alloys
Meh, I might of been a little harsh, and that was the last design of F1s pre update, that might be why they updated them -
A decent bike shock has adjustable damping and all sorts, a halfrauds special bikes shock is just made for show lol I no my current bike shock has adjustable rebound, damping and compression and so do most decent air cans. A coil setup like the one above wont have as many adjustment options bar changing the spring for a different weight and maybe the rebound.

A little air can would be ideal... Pump it up to about 200psi and it will be peachy
-
And don't get oil on it
-
So they say, they are also stupidly expensive for no apparent reason, a little damper and a CNC plate for £100? I wonder if you could adapt a better controlled version with the air shock off a mountain bike... Plus you can pick a used air shock up for as little as £30, lighter, adjustable (pump it up rock solid for the track) and serviceable if it ever leaks

I've got a mate who's just picked up a JCW GP (the limited edition jobbie with no back seats etc), would he see a difference? He's asked me to post -
I can ask a mate of mine at work to have a bash at translating it tomorrow, he's into his japanese writing.

Zisco TD04 KIt with external wastegate but no screamer
Addymk2 replied to har-vey's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Something with a lil silencer built in? I'd rather have an external gate re routed to the exhaust tbh, much nicer to live with day to day -

Had F1s on my Alfa and a mates running them on his 5 series V8. Shite in the rain or snow but they're pretty good in the dry. I destroyed a set of Vredsteins on my DC2 in about 7000 miles. Pretty grippy but I wouldn't say amazing. I had Paradas on my last V. Wouldn't really rate them. Running uniroyal Rainsports now and I'm a big fan. Awesome all rounder. I think tyres are mainly down to personal preference and how you want the car to behave. I like a grippier front end and a loose rear, so I'm running Rainsports on the front and Paradas on the rear ATM and that suits me down to the ground -
You can spend out on a custom map but then every time you do something pay to get it mapped again. I'm using my blitz till she's finished.
