Drove my V complete with sledges from Newbury to Birmingham on Friday. Wheel spinning at 70mph in 5th. Oosht.

Despoilered top half with a duck spoiler. I like. I also like the filler everywhere Im odd.

Has it had the hi/lo solenoid bypassed? I'd double check if I were you, the guy I brought mine off sold it cheap because he couldn't figure out why it was fuel cutting lol What's the spec?
-
The supra could do it because effectively 3 of the Supras cylinders offer more displacement than all 4 of the 4EFTE. Über lag. As I said earlier, compound charging would be pretty cool but a lot of effort.

They got a decent write up in last months jap performance mag mate

Surprisingly well spelt post considering I was well into a bottle of vodka...

What have you seen for sale or stuck to someone's motor that's either über or utter shite? Much want: http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=220578397088&index=0&nav=SEARCH&nid=43728734799

I'm sure someone tried this on TGTT years ago. Because there were only 2 cylinders powering each turbo it ended up being laggier and a bit shit. Compound charging would be ideal though and that's getting more and more common! Ct9 blowing a beast ;-) sounds like a porno

Isn't petrol dirt cheap over there? And V8s kicking around all over the shop? Do ittttt :-P
-
I'd try and find a 2013 model Greddy Profec if I was you, initial reviews are awesome and they look über cool. With a bit of hunting you could pick one up for under £300

what kinda results from a CT9/CT12 hybrid

TF035... Td04 fitment so still cheap to get the bits for, could run 250bhp and has less lag. Read the thread I started ;-) I'm just waiting on Toffinators results! That's the route I plan on taking. -
Thats an awesome lil beast. Need someone to keep her ticking over while your in the land of Oz? ;)
-
I'm hoping I don't get snowed in... I haven't brought a sledge yet!
-
Thread needs more epic pictures. End of post.

What's your budget mate? I've got my heart set on one of those tidy looking GReddy units that have just came out! I had a Gizzmo on my last V and although it looked a bit basic it had 4 individual settings and you could adjust how the boost came in etc, I'd run another one.

I had a creaking when the rear strut brace worked itself loose, might be worth a look!

God damn it, had me excited then! Then I saw the obvious

On the other hand Ricky, as seen on the Emerald site, the length of the stacks was tested on the software. When on the dyno the car performed in a different manner to how the system expected the stacks to perform. Which, IMO means that the software can only be referred to as a rough guestimate as to the speed with which the air is entering the chamber. The only real way to find out would be to dyno the same car back to back with the different inlet manifolds. A back to back dyno of the standard and race spec inlet manifolds would be ideal aslong as they utilised the same throttle body

What power region would you say my soon to be glanza is pushing?

8 That is all. -
Difficult to explain but... Personally I don't see the point in having the velocity stacks protruding into the intake manifolds actual chamber. That's only going to cause the fast moving pressurised air to hit a solid object and become turbulent. If the stack was built into the base etc so the top of the stack was flush with the base of the chamber, makes much more sense. __________ _\ / _\. /_\. /__. < bad _______________ __. _. __. __. < good. \. /. \. /. \. / If you do feel like using my design, remember to add a 4th stack. Cheers. Edit: automatically deletes

Amen Toffinator! My sentiments exactly :-P P.S a dyno screen shot would be marvellous! -
Do they still sell them anywhere though?
