  1. Yeah, my tkdellis is running 1.2bar on stock injectors, and according to him there is a huge difference between 1bar and 1.2.
  2. Okay mate, I know that my mate runs 1.2bar on TD04 on stock injectors fine
  3. What you mean dude?
  4. I thought your standard injectors would have took you to 1.2 bar on ct9 quite easily? Could be wrong though, not had much to do with ct9.

  22. Cant see there being much interest in here for a 90, but worth a shot! Land Rover Defender 90 300tdi Truck-Cab Pickup 10 Month TAX 10 Month MOT F Reg. I have owned my Defender 90 for the past 18 months, and I can honestly say it has never missed a beat. The reason for sale is I now have a company van, and I cannot justify running her any longer. I also have another project which need finishing, and the only way this would be possible is to get rid of the Defender. Before my ownership, it had a full rebuild/conversion carried out by Barlow 4x4 Specialist. In this conversion, it had the engine and all the running gear taken from a much later (1998 I was led to believe) Discovery. This includes: -300tdi engine (The best in the Land Rover range!) -R380 Gearbox -24 Spline Diffs (MUCH stronger) -Both Axles (Therefore has disk brakes all round, unlike most of an older age) Due to this conversion the Defender drives really well, the steering isn't loose, the brakes stop you on the spot, everything is responsive and works as it should, and it also pulls like a train! Since I have owned the vehicle, I have bought the following extras: -Superwinch Husky (VERY heavy duty winch - same winch used on the e-on Energy Defenders and BT Defenders that get used everyday) -Insa Turbo Off-Road tyres all round (Including spare) -Roll-Cage -Roof Bar with spots (Awesome at night!!) -Diff Guard -Steering Guard -Chequer plating -Side Step Rock Sliders -Genuine LR LED Rear Tail/Brake lights Just before having the MOT done, I fitted: -New rear wheel bearings -New front brake pads -New rear dampers -New prop UJ's (All 4) -Cambelt Kit -All oil changed (Engine, Diffs, Transfer box, Gearbox) Comes with original Land Rover Defender jack, wheel brace + tool kit! There may be more, but that's about all I can think of. The Defender has been used for off-roading, so expect to see some signs of this, how ever, it is still a very tidy 90. Any inspection/trial welcome. Any questions don't hesitate to ask. £3750ono. Jamie1st@hotmail.co.uk 07412 909072 Leicestershire
  23. Well today I got round to sticking the Quaife LSD in! Split the box: Standard diff out: Quaife LSD in: :D Tomorrows job after work is to clean the box up and give it some paint, any suggestion on colour?? Can't wait to give it a try!!! Edit: Cheers Taggy for the guide! Really helpful!
  24. Ive heard of people getting better MPG on a TD04 off boost? Maybe because you can rev it more before it's in boost? I think you should get a piggy back ECU and get it mapped, will sort the fuelling out on full boost, without turning the fuel pressure right up.
