    Broke hand and wrist racing motocross. Worst injury though was flat out on a push bike, came short on a huge jump, landed on my head. Was sat like a potato for weeks on end.

    External wastegates can hold/controll boost pressure alot better than an internal wastegate, and you need the above^ You also need to get you internal wastegate welded shut on your turbo
