The engine bay is hotter than inside the IC piping, therefore it would stop the heat from the engine getting absorbed by the IC piping You talking to me? Cuz I haven't a clue what gaskets you're on about lol J

Yeah I got a power drill with wire brush bits to clean it up as much as possible, then a polishing bit on the drill with autosol. Mine isn't finished yet, more time spent, the better it will come up!

At the front near where the Civic rad sits, there should be a plug that looks identical to the one you pictured. Get 2 small flat electrical connectors, put them on the fan cables and shove each one into the correct point in the plug (+ to + / - to -) This is the electrical connectors that will push straight into the plug (You'll need 2, and they might need a slight trim) />http://www.ouros.co.uk/image/dproducts/econnect/4.jpg If this makes no sense ill grab a picture when I'm next up with the car Jamie
