  1. Im nights tonight il do the test again, should see 160 again without hitting the limiter. Id do a video but the road is only 1 mile long so as soon as you hit 160 your foot is welded to the brake pedal for the roundabout lol
  2. Not sure yet mate im waiting for pics to be sent. I wont be buying them unless they are the right price though, wheel refurbishment isnt cheap these days it has cost me £500 to get my sprinthart cpr's refurbed.
  3. Im running a Glanza box after i blew third out of my old GT box, is it just third gear thats different in the boxes? Same final drive etc? I hit 140mph earlier and the revs were at 6500rpm. In the old GT box i hit 165mph on many occasions and i have never hit the limiter in fifth. I take it i will also be able to get 165mph with the glanza gearbox too? Im just waiting for the right time to test it but need to know otherwise il be taking this box back off! Thanks in advance PS private roads ofcourse!

  7. When i had a blip with Ryan Lang in his GT my EK9 was pulling away from him. Its all down to what you think is best nobody can decide that apart from you. You're on a starlet club forum ofcourse the majority are going to say buy a starlet! I wouldnt like to part with my V or my EK9 they're both awesome in different ways

  9. Very surprised that they dont rub! Im running 25mm spacers on my V with TE37's think they are +37 and they used to wreck my tires before i had the arches rolled

  13. I agree, this is the only forum i like and ive made so many friends on here which i regularly speak too! Honda owners are generally arsholes and its a completely different atmosphere on them forums! Roll on May so i can get my Glanza out of the garage
  14. Im going to give Eurospec a ring, heard good things about them, dont wanna spend loads though as its an N/A and i doubt il see huge gains We never slagged of starlets lol

  16. I dont know mate i only bought it Friday i part exchanged it for my old B16B EK9. My old one was a weapon i reckon it would be on par with this one its a fresh import though and is immaculate with 62,000 miles. Exhaust is blowing bad and has the worst induction kit ever so hopefully will go better when i fit my Mugen CAI and 3" intake pipe
  17. £150 for all the welding thats needs to be done plus £100 a corner to paint and polish. Im not bothered I've wanted a set for ages and theres no way il be selling them less than £800, il ship them to America if i have too, they go for $$$ out there

  21. I used to think that all the time mate, especially after i paid £2500 for an EK that was pushing 250bhp @ 8psi! An old guy near me has a 600bhp EG that was built by Top Fuel in Japan!
  22. It cost my mate about £1500, cheap ebay turbo kit lol think the most expensive part was the mapping and ECU lol
