Year: 1997 Model: Glanza V Tax: December 31st 2013 MOT: December 2013 Mileage: 158,000Km (Will rise as its my daily) Well I didn't think I would be doing this at all as I love this car to bits but I have the crave for RWD. If I don't do it now I will never do it so I'm just going for it. I've owned the car over 2 years and got it basically standard. The car comes with a book of Japanese paperwork with all previous tax discs etc. Reciepts for the Autowatch Alarm, immobiliser and turbo timer combo (can lock and walk away with timer running) Serviced by myself every 3000km and always warmed up. The car has ran on V Power since the day I have owned it. Current spec list and photographs... ENGINE Red Magnecore HT leads RW Developments Air Filter Relocation JPerformance Manifold Blitz Decat Cusco Catch Van HDI Front Mount Intercooler (Short) Civic Half Size Radiator/ 1.1 bar cap Air Conditioning Removed Blitz Nur Spec R Cat Back Exhaust OEM LSD GearBox Blitz Access ECU HKS Actuator @1bar SUSPENSION/BRAKING Tein Lowering Springs OEM Toyota Brake discs EBC Green Stuff Pads l EXTERIOR Varis Front Bumper Varis Rear Bumper 15" Rota Auto X Wheels Uniroyal Rainsport Tyres 98 Spec Rear Lights Purple Tegiwa Forged Wheel Nuts Amber fog Lights INTERIOR Momo Millennium Steering Wheel Indigo Dials Depo Boost Gauge D1 Spec Carbon Fibre Gear Knob Mk1 GT Seats Stripped Rear OPTIONAL EXTRAS Front Cup Holders 3 Point Rear Strut Roof Mounted Air Purifier Starlet Door Sills Sunroof Toyota Wind deflectors Parking Pole Switch Bad Bits: Both doors have a small trolley bump, there only small and aren't noticeable unless your looking for them. Central locking has recently decided to play games and now you need to press the locks down from the inside (I'm looking into fixing this before I sell) Front bumper could do with a bit of fibreglass underneath and a paint if you want it mint. Other than that its a very clean and tidy V, Recent compression test results were up towards 180 across all cylinders. Price is £3100 on blitz access ECU or £2600 with stock ECU ( ill drop boost too 0.7bar too) Or PX/swap for SR20DET JDM S13/S14 Contact Matt on 07597544963 or pm me on here. I found this too.. I allowed 1bar max .. Had gain1 at 0 (actuator pressure) which was .4 bar and then gain2 I tried to get to .9/1bar and it just wouldn't hold. Was shite. Started spiking to 1.4bar on a ct9 lol not good. My best advice would be to get your money back if you can and save up for a blitz or greddy setup. It's not worth having a cheap piece of kit that will potentially blow your car to bits.

I got one of these and it was SHOCKING! Couldn't hold boost and always spiked. Went to tuning developments for a meet and put it on the rollers. Boost controller was pathetic so I just got rid ASAP. If you want to give it a go... Best setting your actuator low and then adjust the gains on the controller going up in 10's. see how each 10 adjusts boost and then go from there.

The 14 would be more of a weekend/evening car. Insurance isn't much more than my Glanza at all Unsure on tax of the 14 Parts prices doesn't bother me. Stock parts I get cheap and I won't be going crazy power just like the Glanza Fuel yes! This will be more lol
-
I loooooove them both. That 13 is omghghgg
-
I'm looking at £800 to insure my Glanza for the year so if I can get a quote anywhere near that.. The s14 will be coming end of July/August time if the right one comes up for sale. If not.. I can wait till it does
-
Flux just quoted me £1010 online. If I call up they say they are sure they can get it much cheaper., interesting!
-
I've just had a flick around.. Elephant will insure me fully declared for £1200. Still think I can get it under £1K
-
I just can't do that to myself Morgs lol!! I WILL find silvia insurance lol
-
Well if no one can insure me, I will be staying in the starlet !
-
Well, moving on had taken a little set back... Gave Sky a call today and they were unable to unable to Insure me on an S14. 22 4 years ncb with no RWD experience. Will be ringing around to see if anyone would Insure me..
