Wel lads got my gt starlet mapped the other day and only made 240bhp @ 1.4 bar boost on a tuning developmenps hybrid td04 😠 No boost leaks no falt codes running fine just not making good power, is also lagy for a td04 imo. Can't figure it out, Any input would be greatly appreciated. Is my exhaust big enough? Think it's 2.25 into 2.5" blitz nur spec rest of spec is, td hybrid td04 turbo kit forged 4e engine, (standard compression) standard head and inlet Emanage ultimat ecu Fmi fpr walbro pump Lambda sensor was not working on dyno witch I have since changed but ecu dose not use lam
  3. Want to run coils so much 😭 How much would full set up cost approx and where do you get the parts. Also any wiring tutorials on anyone doing it?

  6. Try hammer and a punch or grind a line into them and use flat head screw driver mate

    No need with a petrol car, if anything your throttle body is all u might need to clean un less your turbo was gone or something
  8. Sorted lads imagine the jumpers inside ecu for knock sensor were wrong, imagine it was mapped before like this and no problem, but my ct9 hybrid used to run out of puff at 6500 so had no need to rev harder

  10. Changed coil dizzy cap rotor every thing the ignition side and it still gives a miss at high rpm I am lost now? I am using 540 injectors and emanage ultimate could injectors be to big for my set up dumping to much fuel near red line? Mapper said it looked like coil or something but I've changed everything?
  11. They are not that handy to change tho mate and fairly sure they are just an on off switch
  12. Well lads also I can't get the throttle percentage off the laptop when I have it pluged into my emanage ultimate either if this has anything to do with my miss fire or not??
  13. if I unplug the tps and probe the connection to loom I get 5 volts doin it one way and minis 5 the other way using the same earth (middle wire) is this normal?

  15. I am getting 5 volts at idle possession, and changes gradually as I open throttle but then goes into minus voltage on the meter when it is near wot. Is this normal as I am getting a Splutter before red line when under full load.
  16. I will mate it's very odd what is happening like spark is breaking down. I had a meter on my tps today and its 5volts at idle possession then reduces as throttle is open and goes into minus voltage near wot is this normal as I'm having a Splutter at 6800rpm at full load but is ok when I bring it up not under full load

  18. Dizzy rotar and leads are only about a year old, New plugs, coil is next to try and earths don't know after that head is melted
  19. Well lads do the mechanical part of the distributors on the 4efte engine give any problems? Was getting car mapped to and had a Splutter past 6700 ish under full load, but if u bring power on easy it will rev out. Any suggestions car is driving and boosting perfect apart from that?

  21. No lad they are different, you can swap just the Window motors over alright
  22. You can take the hole housing off from the rear held on by 3 12s i think,I loosened the alternator as well,
