Right here goes I'm a self employed doorman working for a security company. who I invoice every week. they have told us we get paid every 4 weeks on the first working day of every month but they fuck the wages up every month they have under paid me by £400 this month where do I stand legally. As I know there going to be compleat cocks about it. :-(

Black smoke would point to overfueling mate whip your spark plugs out and have a look see what condition there in . The oil have you checked for leaks Ect as you seam to be loosing a lot of oil not good ??
