I just installed on of these with my CT9 setup. As you are using the HKS actuator, extend the length of the arm so you can lower the boost. Just note that what ever the HKS is set at, that will be the minimum boost you will get. From the turbo nipple to the IN of the motor and from the Out of the motor back to the actuator nipple. You need to use a Tee to split the vacuum from either the Map sensor or the fuel pressure regulator onto the controller nipple. Do the electrical wiring and you should be ok. Also set the Dip switches on the back to the correct positions. Set everything to minimum and test on an open road. Note: At sharp boost come on faster than at mild. Additionally, disconnect the stock boost solenoid I hope that helps.
