very boring update. got 4 part worn tyres (all of one shitty make) to go on the weds, but for 185/55/14's, you can't complain for 79 quid. brakes are getting sorted thanks to my dad's friend within the next week, but i'll make sure he goes through it with me and i tackle the job myself so i learn at the same time ;) will be running around in barry mode for a few months whilst i get myself out of this financial mess, then coilovers and some proper tyres will be ordered this is what you get when you pay 16 quid postage haha.

Best of both worlds really, it's given me confidence to hold in there with mine and gives me a bit of competition. Will be awesome to see two salmon's together in the future, and it will be interesting to see what each of one of us does. turns out my pads and discs are fried to fuck. can anyone recommend what to get as replacements as i may aswell sort it all at the same time. do the sr discs fit a standard n/a, 238 vs 256 i believe? i'm fitting 14's so i don't think it should be a problem.

i've got sr clocks and tte spoiler waiting to be prepped and resprayed. i've got the parts lined up, i just have festivals coming up, house rent to pay and things i wanna sort out. i think once i've got tyres on wheels it will encourage me a lot more. she needs a service doing aswell, the joys

took me a while to find my salmon one in 3 door. don't think there's any floating around with power steering of the extras that your cd has, which makes me miss my sr an awful lot. it will be slammed eventually, i just have other priorities and i'm just so poor at the moment.

here's an update for you. she has a bald tyre and a flat tyre, im nearly maxed out into my student overdraft. currently watching some tyres on the ebay, if i win the them, the weds will be on in barry mode. and i was just driving back into southampton tonight when i hear a large scrape from the passenger side. so i'm gonna have to whack the wheel off and have a check if it's the bearing or brakes. no selling up for me any time soon
