Would help to have the penny washer welded shut on the turbo too

You need to t piece into the boost signal which goes to the side feed of the wastegate, and run the solenoid in line with the boost signal to the top port on the wastegate. Then use the ebc to modify the boost signal reaching the top port. This should allow you any boost above 0.7. I have a 1 bar spring in mine but I only get about 0.9 of actual boost. Changing gaskets and having the cracks in my manifold helped me along the way too

I'll take a photo of mine this afternoon and post it up if you like. Easier than trying to describe it and you accidentally mashing your loom haha -

Mine runs at a higher afr than that and it's fine. But every car is different I suppose. And im not telling you to knock the fueling back before anyone starts. Maybe try setting throttle position up with a multimeter. Really it an only be air, fuel or spark, or a sensor doing weird things to the ecu. (don't think it would be the ecu itself). Just going to be a case of eliminating as you try different things. I'd check the gaps on the plugs, check leads dizzy and rotor, then start checking tps, air temp sensor etc. But I am known to be overly paranoid -
Yeah my inovites are a lot worse and the tyre is only just starting to bulge as ta ran out of tread anyways.

Ah right I would have love to take the shell off you but I'm right up in hull, way too far
-
Where you based?
-
Does the tyre bulge where it's buckled?

Mine was the same, turne out to be Fueling. Even if it doesn't feel like a misfire. Get a wideband on it as check the Fueling I'd say. -
I'll put them in my build bread next time I'm on my laptop. I'm not putting them in here for everyone to tell me my cars not running right and how it's my fault.
