So this evening i am embarking on the roadtrip to a Warrington Travelodge! (Christ knows where) 276miles, 5 hours 30 minutes... It should be fun after barely sleeping last night and working all day today! Can't wait to get there and crack a beer open! So, im interested to see what kind of MPG i can return on a 276mile trip that i embark on tonight. I'm planning on plodding up the M23,M25,M6 about 60-65mph. Running a TD04 Ex/gated setup and i'll leave this here just for information if people are ever interested. I'll post results tonight.

So after reading a fair few thermostat related issues on the Glanza's with the cold snap. I think i'll do mine at the weekend or as soon as i get my ass in gear. Can anyone tell me the benifits (if any) of running one of these low temp thermostats? The main one i can think off being the engine running cooler, thus keeping it more efficient? Is it worth doing over a normal stat?

I run mine on a TD04 setup. Standard ECU (getting emanage this Friday) and i run 2.6bar..

I think with a few threads lately about dodgy stats i'll change mine at the weekend! May as well since its completely been serviced and overhauled by me!

I replaced mine at the weekend they were in a worse state...
