  10. Yeah after 3 weeks of fathering around without realising the wires we're wrong. Unbelievable really you usually expect when you buy something expensive it'll be right so I questioned everything I had done, not thinking the pump was at fault. Putting the black on positive, and red on negative it stated first time! Thank god.

I've read an was told that @1bar the standard Glanza injectors are at roughly 80%-90% duty cycle. A small hiccups could spell disaster for the engine. So I looked an looked at various options and PhilM mentioned a month or so ago he had some Denso RX7 470cc injectors. There straight fit, so snapped them up. I'll be happier knowin it's at 1bar on some beefy injectors. I'm still contemplating if I should go 1.1bar. I also serviced t
  12. When I first went at things alone. I bought a socket set for £9.99 from halfords over 2 years ago. Still does anything I need. I buy everything I need so for future playing I have various tools. My setup is still awful. But the only thing I haven't been able to do recently is gearbox oil which is a piece of cake! Just haven't got a 21/22mm socket lol!
  13. The ''TD" one is unbranded, surely a possibility they are purchase from the same manufacturer ence the box being labelled with the same part code etc.. Dunno maybe I'm wrong.
  14. The 'TD' is a walbro. I had to google the pump and used the part code off the box and it came up as a walbro just unbranded!

  17. So it won't pump, but would drain? It only comes alive when I gave up trying to turn the bastard thing over! Things like this make me want to throw the towel in!
  18. I tried it previously without noticing the wiring is wrong. He said I haven't soldered it an need to solder. Which I did tonight. If swapping the wires doesn't solve it it's got to be faulty!
  19. Brand new from TD. Tomorrow I'll solder black to blue then red to black lol. I only noticed it had + / - terminals on the pump itself today!
  20. Obviously that's what it should be. My pump I've bought has been wired backwards.. Look at James. It's the same pump as mine and the wires are different to mine!
