Been offered some celtica GT4 RED injectors for peanuts by a friend who has 12 in his garage lol I know the stock Glanza injectors are on there limits at 230bhp ish on an emanage blue. Would 540cc be too much? I don't know too much in terms of fuelling if having a too large CC can be negative.. If not, how easy would it be to fit them? Would it be a wise move to get them on prior to my remap as I'm aiming at 1/1.1 bar on a TD04.

It will drop some water, either do it and just re-top your coolant. Or drain it all first, do the job then re-top it up! Ive done it before on my civic, i just did it all whilst it was pouring out. Not too hard but you can do it anyway!

It sounds like your car has a Speedo converter as your title suggests.. Can you take a picture of the top of the gearbox. There is a speedo cable that screws into it you should see it, It probably goes into a metal box, then the box screws into the gearbox! If you do have one, removing the speedo converter and screwing the speedo cable directly into the gearbox will make the dials read correct. I have NO speedo converter and my dials work fine! - That's my guess anyway!

I have a MPH fascia, that goes to 110mph like yours. the KMP is written in little digits as yours is. I DONT have a speedo converter, i just have this.. so i reckon you have what i do.
