I'm going to be the asshole here. Those welds look horrendous. I'm no expert, but they don't like neat and tidy anywhere on the thing.. I know it wont affect performance, and i would no doubt have one if i wanted one. But that's just my 2pence.
Someone did it a few days ago and fell into a pond and drowned... I dont see the point. If you wanna get drunk fair enough.
But, what does this prove? You can down a pint of some mixed up, manky, stomach curdling shit? Ive been nominated twice and refuse to bother!
Use the search bar up the top mate! Anything you need to know will be there.
Or, right up the top there's a "Wiki" section which is guides and tutorials on many things. But, your probably have your boost restricted in 1st & 2nd gear, as well as limited (maybe) to 112mph. The boost restriction on 1st and 2nd is a simple 1 minute job of swapping some silicone over. Have a search your find out how! and, welcome!
Nothing wrong with it. Just sits endlessly driving for hours clocking up the miles. Most places charge like £400-£500 for this! My friend just forged an EVO and it was ran in on the dyno for 600 miles, then road driven the remaining! Cost him alot but, saved time i imagine.
Is the S just as good? Apart from it being capable of less boost? As im thinking of chucking this in before im mapped.
Also, Did you get mapped without a speedo converter? I haven't got one yet and i swear i saw you buy one recently? What difference with or without does it make at all?
No it came off one i was breaking. It's condition is ok. There a line of small rust which is on the bottom fold. (Where the wing goes under the door area) You cannot see it once fitted and the side skirts cover it. I would suggest priming it then fitting the skirts over it to protect for future
