Newly installed 6puk clutch, unsprung and clutch release bearing.. fitted 300km's ago. If you rev the car in neutral gets about 2k, you hear almost a grinding noise coming from the box.. If you depress the clutch and leave it in nuetral and rev the car, the noise isn't heard. Someone said clutch release bearing, but it's brand new?... Confused, annoyed.. 3 hours pulling the box out last week to happen all over again by the looks of it. It sounds horrendous, and last maybe 3-5 seconds sometimes considerably longer. Can get a video this evening.

Theres 2 earths on the inside of each wing area.. But they are not engine earths

That box was up on the right of the steering wheel inside. The loom ran around the bay and through a hole behind the wing then into that

I think that went onto a plug which was near the handbrake mate. Could be wrong

Funny enough they was my old looms from 2 + years ago when I had everything to convert my old n/a fremy bought my car and the loom!

Sorry haha, that was the box i used when changing to TD04 so everything got thrown in! Then your loom wouldn't fit anywhere else, I thought I got everything out LOL!! Enjoy thr freebies of junk!!

I didn't intend on hanging about! I'm hopefully mapping at end of February/first week in match! I don't want a splitter, as i think I'll buy a livesports or varis front bumper! Once I'm mapped, it's exterior/interior time!

I modded a CT9 FMIC to fit my td04 without issues? Try some hair spray on the joins and as tight as humanly possible!

Yay bundle of wires! Was easier to leave that alarm on rather than butcher your loom. I think I enclosed a fob.. Get her running mate, can't wait!

£500-£700 TD04 kit + mapping.. = 220-250bhp Or run it on a rrpr & fcd 200 from a ct9 or 220 from a hybrid ct9 (Roughly)
